There was one so bad situation, her name is Daytona, I never wrote bad comments but here I cannot miss and I just mentioned name cause that lady cannot work as a waiter, that was so rude behaviour and no professional skills at all. When I started made my order she just turned around and left, throw in menu on table like smth unwanted. When I said that I would like to talk with manager, she just started yelling : get out and waved her hands. Our company were treated so bad and we are regular guests here, I was shocked today.I don’t think it is professionally, I don’t remember name but before there was very nice and professional lady who was so great in her job, me and my friends always wanted back to Boston, but this time was so disappointed. Then when manager came, good that he tried to listen and understand us but the atmosphere was so bad.

We ate lunch here with our friends, we were a group with many young children, and there was enough space for us on Sunday afternoon, no waiting time. Service was pretty good, portions were large, not all options from kids menu were available but overall it was a good experience.

I had a great time here with my husband and kids. Shy was the host and she was so welcoming and happy to see us. We saw how quickly she cleaned tables and how she pays attention to everyone who walks in. Just think hosts deserve a little credit too the servers were really nice too.

I had a horrible experience here was treated very rudly by staff the second i walked in the door i didnt even sit down and had them being snotty and laughing about me with their friends like a group of ignorant little highschool kids would

I ordered their shareable spinach dip and I must say the portion sizing is just sad. For this price i was expecting atleast a decent amount of dip, and not to look like it was just thrown in there. (Wheres the garnish?) With the amount of bread they give you you can have maybe half with sufficient dip. I've ordered this before and it wasn't this depressing. Definitely not a shareable dish for more than 2 people. Won't be ordering from this location again.
The food was excellent and more than enough for me to enjoy. Will be back for sure

Service needs work. Friends came in, didn't even get a chance to look at the menu and the server was already asking what they wanted. Then they had to wait 10 minutes to actually place their drink order once they decided.
I also asked for my bill and I waited 15 minutes before I had to go up to the bar and ask. I understand if it's a super busy night, but the restaurant was not that busy. However you shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a bill regardless. I also understand that sometimes people forget but as a server it's literally your job not to. She was also a bit rude.
Also need more non alcoholic beer selection. It was only Heineken which was quite shocking, considering there is a liquor store basically attached to the building.

Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Took 30 minutes to get cream and sugar for my wife’s coffee, no spoon, coffee was cold by the time we got them and coffee was very bitter. Garbage spread across the floor between kitchen to bathrooms, bathroom floor. One of the worst experiences we’ve had in a long time
