I rarely do this, but I when I came in to have appetizers and drinks to watch the hockey game, Paige’s service was amazing. Super friendly, attentive and kind! I will be coming back!

This particular location provides a consistently poor experience. Despite visiting multiple times and allowing for several chances to improve, the staff remain highly unorganized and slow. During my last visit, even with the restaurant mostly empty (only two other tables occupied), we waited approximately 15 minutes just for takeaway boxes. Furthermore, our requests for basic items like napkins and straws were completely ignored. The terrible service means I will definitely not be visiting this location again.

The server was terrible. To start he didn't even take the menus. Good thing there were other people helping him as he didn't clear the table, offer refills, check if the food was okay and was confused how to break up the bill You would've thought it was his first day. To make it worse we had to wait for our dessert for a long time as he decided to have a visit with his friend instead On top of the poor server, the food was not great. Thanks to the manager she comped the kids meal as the kids wouldn't eat it. She was the one that cleared the table. I gave us a box for our leftovers.

I use to enjoy ordering from this location, I gave multiple chances. The last four orders have arrived either with missing items, food tasting terrible, over two hours late, again just ordered $90 worth of food that’s freezing cold. Lesson is officially learned now will never order from this location ever again.

I used to eat at BP’s all the time when i was younger.. it was really good.. ever since Covid its went downhill, the food has always been premade stuff that comes frozen and gets reheated, but it used to be good, now its trash.. this location also has poor service, and bad cooks which makes it worse.

One of the best BP locations I’ve visited. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The lounge was very clean and presentable when I had my meal. Good quality of the food and the wait time was minimal. MJ was an amazing bartender and made the experience even better!

Waited for seating in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes. The food was sad and seemed like something fresh out of a box. Was told their system was down and couldnt get a bill and told to wait. Waited 15 more minutes and was told it was still down, given a hand written bill with nothing other than a better luck next time attitude. Super disappointed and this isn't the first time. Makes me remember why I've avoided Boston Pizza. This location was another level of disappointment.
