All around great experience from the moment we arrived. The two hosts, Teigan & Mia were incredibly friendly and took extra care to ensure my son, who is currently on crutches, was comfortable. Our server, Avery, was kind and efficient, never leaving us waiting for anything. Manager Caitlin checked in to make sure everything was great & the young gentleman, Ryan, that delivered our food was lovely as well! Go visit the team at BP Terwillegar!
Came here in hope to get a bite for the oilers game, we ordered at 5pm. The workers said our order would be ready in 30 minutes… we waited 3+ hours, absolutely ridiculous. On top of that our order was wrong! Did not get our fries, no sauce on our burgers and really small portions! There was a nice host who said we would be compensated but did we… no! I do not recommend this bps.

The food was great as always, but because it was so busy the server (as delightful as she was) couldn't get around to us often enough. Overall it was good. I'll be going again when it's less busy.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and a great menu for the kids with really nice coloring books.
