Waited for seating in an empty restaurant for 15 minutes. The food was sad and seemed like something fresh out of a box. Was told their system was down and couldnt get a bill and told to wait. Waited 15 more minutes and was told it was still down, given a hand written bill with nothing other than a better luck next time attitude. Super disappointed and this isn't the first time. Makes me remember why I've avoided Boston Pizza. This location was another level of disappointment.

Walked in, had a drink within 2 minutes of sitting down at the clean!!!! table, offered a menu, but this nifty Phone charger/ digital menu was also.sittimg here on thr table which was handy as I was down to 16 % and forgot my charger cable today... so thanks to my awesome server Maya... I'm charged up, and so is my phone đą đ đ¤Ł

On Thursday August 7 2025, my mother who is 88 years old and I went to the Boston pizza just off Terwilligar and Bulyea Road. After arriving the place had only 7 tables occupied and we were asked to wait to be seatedâŚno problem after about 5 minutes of watching the hostess walk around, the bald headed manager look at us a couple times, we were finally seated. After 15 minutes we still had not been served, let alone asked if we wanted something to drink and the bald headed manager looked at our table a minimum of 3 more times but not once did he come over! Shortly after that 15 minute wait another couple walked in and were seated right away and their server walked up to their table to serve them. Needless to say I got up, helped mother up walked up to the manager and said we have waited 15 minutes and you know we havenât been served yet and yet this other couple walks in and are served immediately. His answerâŚ.oh yah sorry about that! Wow! Since then I have spoke to other people about what happened and they said theyâve walked out of that particular BP as wellâŚno service! Anyway Boston Pizza if you choose to read this or not it doesnât matterâŚ..we went elsewhere namely Blowers and Grafton because Currents BP is closed. Boston Pizza Terwilleger we will not be back but maybe you need to find a manager who knows how to manage a restaurant!

Visited Boston Pizza today and was really disappointed. I found what looked like dirt or a wrapper in my pasta after just a couple of bites. I immediately stopped eating and informed the staff.
They apologized and offered a takeout replacement, but I still had to pay the full bill and no further resolution was given. I even left a tip despite the situation. The replacement offer felt inadequate considering the issueâitâs unacceptable to serve contaminated food.
I expected better from a place like this. Definitely wonât be returning anytime soon.

I made a reservation at this place 3 days in advance and they called me less than 24 hours before to tell me they had to cancel this reservation as they are not âallowedâ to take reservations for Oilers game days. I could have booked anywhere else those days in advance and now cannot book anywhere.

Was craving pizza so I ordered from Boston pizza. Great service pizza was ready on time. Unfortunately if youâre paying 55 bucks for two pizzas you think it would be loaded with toppings, my pizzas werenât. Did go again for pasta Tuesday great portion and taste 5/5 for pasta Tuesday 3/5 for pizzas.

You allowed kids to run around and play and have some respect and decency to keep children in their both or table. Full-blown party could barely talk to the people at our table. i honestly wouldn't be the only person who wanted to say this.
