Our server Kiara is literally awesome!! We usually have a huge group and she’s always so welcoming and kind. Super accommodating and patient as well, definitely one of the best servers I’ve ever had!!

I visit this restaurant today evening With my family Unfortunately, the service was disappointing we waited nearly 20 minutes nobody can approached our table. We Leave from Restaurant after 25 minutes. Overall, very poor service. We’re not gonna come back again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I cannot recommend this Location.

My boyfriend and I frequent this location and some of the servers have remembered us and it made the whole experience very nice. We went yesterday and we had a trainee as our server and she did wonderful!! So was her trainer. I cant recommend this location more, I always tell people to go to this location specifically
I forgot to post this but A week ago we had a server named xian, she was very sweet and communicated with my family and I excellently, my daughter had a hard time with saying what she wants in general but Xian was extremely patient and helped her gain confidence. She answered all my wife’s questions about the menu and even took an allergy binder out lol. Very fabulous hospitality!!

The girl at the desk when we enter was not polite at all she was showing unnecessary attitude and was showing tantrums like girl common we have order from here show some kind of any hospitality

I had a very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. The female desk helper was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. What made the situation worse was her racist attitude, which is absolutely unacceptable in a customer service role.

For the price you pay, the food is average but the service and atmosphere are unacceptable. We booked a 12 person party and all 3 tables were not cleaned, garbage and dips all over the floor and the server wouldn’t come to the table to refill drinks or even ask how the food was. Not impressed. The photos don’t do it justice as we had to clean it up so our kids weren’t stepping on the food or dips. Never again…..
