Our group goes in every Wednesday for wings and drinks. Rita always greets us with a big smile and is always friendly. She knows our drinks and brings them to our table when she sees us come in. She definitely looks after us!!

Was here earlier this week….This is probably one of the worst Boston pizzas I have ever been to!! The service is dismal. The food is absolutely horrendous. this place needs a good cleaning as well. Also stick to the bottled beer if you do go in for a beer.!

I called weeks in advance to make a reservation for a large group of people. When we arrived they seemed surprised, and were not prepared for our reservation. Once seated things were going ok but then our server completely forgot about us. No dishes were taken off the tables, cutlery “wasn’t rolled” so they placed plates of forks and knives in front of a baby to give out amongst ourselves. Our server never once asked why we were there, what we were celebrating (my son’s birthday). Once the food came out, half of it was cold. The manager brought out a plate with mashed potatoes on it and said “this doesn’t look good, would you like another side”, no quality checks being done in the kitchen. We were not asked once if we needed anything after we received our food, our kids were never offered their desert at the end of the meal , we had to track someone down for plates for our cake that we brought, and then had to find our server to ask for the bills because he just never came back. There is an automatic gratuity for parties over 8 people, which I would have been completely fine with but it was like the server already received the tip so he just gave us below minimal service. Sitting there completely forgotten about with dishes PILED onto the table. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you are planning to come here with a large group of people on the restaurant side, I would absolutely not and consider somewhere else. I feel like if my server was drowning because of how busy it was, the manager should have stepped up and helped him a lot more, especially with the large party which she barely did. DO NOT GO HERE WITH A LARGE PARTY

Went there for WELL DONE cactus cuts and half of them were barely even cooked at all. DO BETTER!!!!
The food is sub-par. Ordered the Hawaiian Royal pizza. Not much toppings and the dough seems chewy and stale. The onion rings were partly over-cooked and therefore hard. The chicken wings were good. The restaurant interior is dated, and our table rocked. As a side note, the table beside us ordered the square pizza, and they returned it back to the kitchen. Probably will not go back.

We ordered catuse cuts chips and there quantity is less then 40% and also they are not properly cooked. We found hair in side too very disappointed never ordered from this location
This is second time happed like this this location owner is not even care about customer last time we ordered same things and chicken pice is comes with and we are vegetarian so I complain on phone but no response. People don’t go this location?
