I forgot to post this but A week ago we had a server named xian, she was very sweet and communicated with my family and I excellently, my daughter had a hard time with saying what she wants in general but Xian was extremely patient and helped her gain confidence. She answered all my wife’s questions about the menu and even took an allergy binder out lol. Very fabulous hospitality!!

The girl at the desk when we enter was not polite at all she was showing unnecessary attitude and was showing tantrums like girl common we have order from here show some kind of any hospitality

I had a very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. The female desk helper was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. What made the situation worse was her racist attitude, which is absolutely unacceptable in a customer service role.

For the price you pay, the food is average but the service and atmosphere are unacceptable. We booked a 12 person party and all 3 tables were not cleaned, garbage and dips all over the floor and the server wouldn’t come to the table to refill drinks or even ask how the food was. Not impressed. The photos don’t do it justice as we had to clean it up so our kids weren’t stepping on the food or dips. Never again…..

The guy bartender / server in the lounge during lunch needs a serious attitude adjustment . My wife and I have never come across someone so rude and self entitled.
Everytime we asked for something he approached us like we were being a burden with a snotty tone .
We’ve noticed similar behaviour towards other customers. Needless to say we will be taking our business to another BP’s . This individual brings a toxic vibe to the lounge.

Portions continue to shrinkflate and prices continue to rise steeply so it is harder and harder to recommend this restaurant to people. BP is in a race to the bottom and making good headway. :(

Edmonton Millwoods location 50th St. and 23rd Ave. South Asian girl, at the front desk was extremely ignorant. Lacked any social skills and argued with me that my order wasn’t my order. Only to be shown that she was wrong, and still had no proper social skills, didn’t apologize didn’t say you’re welcome when I said thank you. Just simple things that go along ways I’ll never order from you again!

Honestly, it's pretty middle of the road. Had the special, to a while to come out, was pretty bland. Server was new, checked on us too much. For the money, you could get groceries and make better at home.
A local place, always dependable food,they have turned up the background music to almost unbearable
