Service was OK, we had our food in a decent amount of time, but she failed the check back within a couple minutes, we needed refills, extra dips. What if the food wasn’t good?? Supposed to sit for more 10 minutes? She was a sweet girl, just need to be a bit more attentive.
Main thing - The restaurant was so cold, it was warmer outside. It was only 23C outside. Not enjoyable having so much AC blowing, had to get my sweater from the car to enjoy the rest of the cold food from the AC….
No manager presence and clearly isn’t around to check the atmosphere of the restaurant. Even if it was +30C outside, it still would’ve been uncomfortable.

Walked in to watch the Oilers game with my girlfriend, and sat right at the front. Sat for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to acknowledge us. Got to the point where other people coming after us were getting service. No drinks, menus or anything. Walked out.

Usually I come here, even on game day and I get served and greeted right away, however today was different. Got into the building before the national anthem and puck drop so about 5:50pm today and the servers gave me and my boyfriend eye contact but never once came over to our table. In fact, another couple came in 5 minutes after us sat down and got greeted and drinks ordered while we were still waiting to be talked to. After we saw that we walked out. There’s one thing being busy but it’s another when a whole different table gets talked to AFTER we walked in first.

We sat on the bar side for the Oilers game and we had Ana for our server. She was amazing!! She was very attentive to the people seated at her tables and it was easy to catch her attention if I needed something! The food was very good and hot. The music was a tad bit loud, but that's what I get for sitting on the bar side 🤷 had an awesome night!

We were a group came here to watch oilers game. We sat there for couple of minutes no one came to us. Then we got our drinks after so long. Our server was not attentive didn’t had any smile on her face, short blond hair girl, We come here to see the game most of the times and they used to have a such a good staff before. need to train new staff. Will not be at this bps for next game.
