Really gross, We ordered quesadillas and mozza sticks with 2 mojitos no alcohol. First they made the lemon juice with little soda and served it as mojitos then the quesadilla have no veggies in it but all tomato we talked to the staff and ordered with all veggies and they just added the raw cut vegetables into it, which tasted gross. Staff behaviour also changed as we complained and they just threw the straws in front of us when we asked to change our drink to coke plz. Really a bad experience. Wasted $40.

I just looked at my receipt and realized that they added the tip, then I tipped again. Will I not be going back. Yes, we did have more than eight people, but I've been to other restaurants where the server was kind enough to inform us that the tip was already included. We will not be going back to this establishment. My 17$dollar burger ended up costing me 30$

My husband and I come here every so often. The staff is always kind, the food is always on point, and I love how it's dimly lit. I had the jambalaya and my husband had the Chicken pecan salad. Both were of course delicious and the portions were great.

Just had a beer in the lounge. Waitress was very nice and attentive.
Every time I eat here, it’s always a 50/50 experience — sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the not-so-good ones. My food arrived cold, the beef was very dry, and there were way too many spicy peppers on it to the point where it was uncomfortable to eat. The drinks are also consistently an issue; they always taste like chlorine. Even the pop has that chlorine taste, so adding a proper water filter would really help.
On the positive side, I really love the atmosphere here, and the service was great this time since our favourite server was working, which made a big difference.
Overall, I’d recommend this place if you’re hungry and want something familiar, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if I had other options.

The manager was extremely rude. He clearly didn’t want to work. He refused at first to give us a table although there was still an hour left before the restaurant closed and the restaurant was mostly empty. He claimed that the opening hours on Google and the sign outside the actual restaurant were wrong and outdated. After agreeing to give us a table, they refused to serve us food on actual plates, but instead gave us the food in takeout boxes.

Food was burnt or over cooked with every plate, tasted so gross even after sending stuff back. service was so slow we were there for 3 hours. need more staff, only one girl running the whole bar side- never got checked on had to try and find her- not her fault though just so understaffed. waste of money

I ordered at 7:39pm did not receive my order until 9:03pm. When I called to inquire as to how much longer it would be, the woman who answered the phone was extremely dismissive. Told me “the roads are bad and we are busy. So it’s on its way!”, which normally wouldn’t bother me so much if it had been prefaced with some empathy or an apology. But.. there wasn’t any of that.
