Foods already overpriced but my kid wanted a treat so I said ok did pickup and their debit machine wasn't working properly and forced an almost 15.00 tip in order to pay, their answer is sorry about your luck. Definitely won't be going there again to get scammed out of money. Could have had it delivered instead of picking up to avoid paying a delivery fee and tip. Nathan the manager has terrible customer service skills.

Ordered 6 pizzas for company through online app. Ordered at 4:30 for 6:30 delivery. The pizzas were delivered at 5:20pm. Called the restaurant and got a very snooty shift manager on the phone. All I requested was a re-delivery or a refund. Neither was an option.
I asked if they would serve a pizza that was left in a warming oven for an hour or more to restaurant guests and she wouldn’t reply. The worst was I even tipped before receiving the meal or service. Zero help was offered or provided. Never using BP again.
My company loved the Royal Pizza that I repurchased, great service and great food.

Two years in a row I have brought my students there after a field trip. I was able to easily pre-order our food so it was ready for when we arrived. The servers were very friendly and made sure all my students had everything they needed.

Took my 3 girls out for dinner with a friend of mine, we started off good. Once the food came we were NEVER checked on again, drinks not refilled even though we asked when the food was served, I ended up dispersing my own water to my 3 children as we did not see our server again. Our nachos came half done, the cheese after the first layer wasn’t even melted nor were there any more toppings (I could have just went to safeway across the street and bought a bag of tostito chips??) and without the extra side I ordered (which I got taken off of my bill after waiting at the front desk for 5 minutes as nobody brought it to my table) My girls were not offered their dessert which is included with the kids meals. Waste of a “treat night” for me and my kids as we cant afford to eat out often. Will be visiting the South Common location moving forward which is unfortunate as Heritage Village is my local restaurant. Do not recommend!

This is the only Boston Pizza in Edmonton that doesn’t do half-price boneless wings on Wednesdays. Disappointing.

Parked my electric scooter inside the establishment I had just purchased yesterday . Was in there for 10 minutes And left to see my scooter was stolen. I had talked to my server who seemed extremely concerned and ran to Get the manager, The manager looked at us and said tough luck. There’s lots of homeless people around here and I asked if he was able to check the camera. And he said no, he couldn’t. And I got upset and asked him to please check the camera , I had just spent $1000 on it yesterday. he rolled his eyes and said the cameras don’t work and tough luck. When I had said I was going to contact law enforcement so they can check the cameras , he went back into his office. I am baffled. Long story short don’t bring anything with you there and if you do leave anything behind or forget something Or something get stolen you’ll not receive any help from management. Worst manager I’ve ever met.

Went in for half-price wings (starter size only). Had the spicy dill (new flavor) man, was it good! Also tried the atomic hotstreaker (also new flavor) it is hot! I enjoy hot spicy foods and this hot.

Had a very pleasant dinner with my brother here last night! This location’s atmosphere is cozy and it gives more of a “home” type vibes to be honest. Our waiter Eric was very friendly and made the experience super enjoyable! We will be back for sure! 😊

Restaurant is dead and we have been here 25 minutes waiting for them to take our drink order let alone our meal order. This place is a joke. Other people were sat down and not evening given menu’s yet. Was always told they have a Gluten Free fryer but of course, since they finally came over to our table, they have no gluten free fryer. Unbelievable. We were told every BP had a GF fryer.

Would leave zero if I could. Rude managers. Warning to all. Don't pay in advance. They will literally steal your money and tell you they can't help and to call a General Manager on a weekday for your money back.
