Had the grilled chicken club and it was delicious. Service was great. Parking was a bit tight but we managed.

Eric was my server for the night. He was welcoming, made great recommendations, and was super hospitable throughout the night. Great place to have an after-work drink or two! Great atmosphere!

This is (was) our regular BP’s. We’ve always received great service and food, unfortunately this evening’s experience has changed that for our family.
We have been buying and using the kids cards for the last 3 years, we have never had a problem when using the cards along with daily promotions but tonight we were told we had to use the daily promotion OR the kids free meals, we could not combine.
When we ordered our food I clarified a menu item was included in the buy 2 get 1 free promo, and we ordered kids meals - at that point the server should have informed us we could not combine promotions.
The manager was not helpful, she gave us a phone number to call for her GM and explained that head office / corporate had been cracking down on combining promos. Now I understand that rules do change but they need to be communicated with customers, and if I’m being honest I don’t care if the millionaires in corporate are mad at me saving $15, which is what this comes down to.
So at the end of the day, the manager cost this particular location regular customers - our kids love BP’s so it’s the only place we typically eat. Just not at heritage anymore.

Very negative experience today at this location.
Quesadillas were very burnt. Very little meat, was scared I’d chip my teeth. Same for the cactus cuts. They tasted stale and old.

We were denied “kids eat free promotion” despite spending the required ($12 over actually). Had to use our pre-purchased ones instead. When asked about why the promotion does not apply was met with hostility and conflict from management.

No effort made to improve the experience, or offer a polite explanation- we’ve been coming here 20 years without issue or concern.

Kids left the restaurant asking who that mean lady was and why she was so angry. Do not ask for clarity on prices or expect to get the promotions advertised. Also don’t order quesidillas or cactus cuts.

Best BP's in the city. Great service and great food. Generous portions. They don't skimp. I keep coming back to it.

We were in BP at 23rd Ave for early dinner on Tuesday. It was a pasta special day & immediately visions of loaded chicken shrimp pasta with alfredo was beckoning. Our waitress was quick and efficient. The Tues New Special was fish tacos, a forgotten fav which I ordered. Three of these good sized flour tortilla baked filled with a mix of crisp breaded haddock & a Mex type cole slaw & some dressing abt $17. Nice & fresh. No Mex type garnish or sides but could have extras for $4. So no pizza, eh? No pasta, then. Fish & chips for him. Thanks BP.
