Order take out. Was missing a ranch dip so called about it and indirectly got accused of lying…. I literally told them we have all the other dips just not the ranch. Why would I call saying it’s missing if it’s not?? Maybe if it was pizza or something I could understand but to lie about ranch????

My experience to Boston Pizza - Manning Town Centre (Sunday 8th Feb) was really really really amazing!
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and amazing food. The ambience is top notch. I’ve been to this store from last a couple of years, but the service and quality of food remains the same - THE BEST! The General Manager - Kersten is very helpful. Whenever my wife and I visit this store, GM always has a big smile and always makes sure we get a good meal. The food was so great that I had to personally thank the Kitchen Manager- Alex for making my every visit better than before. He was knowledgeable and friendly about the food (as I am) and he was open for our feedback that’s what I liked about him. Overall, the food and the service is great!!!

It was a large party and many requests so should have been quite overwhelming for the young gentleman Elijah but he handled it all like a champ. So kind, and attentive, made sure everyone had what they needed and all with a smile. Thank you :)

I order the jambalaya pasta dish, it was terrible Dry, dry, no sauce at all maybe 1 shrimp cut into pieces, the sausage looks like it was boiled I couldn't eat it no more Lack of flavor

Every single time we order on Uber from the Manning location it's dry, overcooked food. Yesterday due to the weather I had to Uber bugs and cheese for my toddler who wanted it so bad. Extremely dry (looked like butter pasta? Maybe got the wrong one in our bag) half the portion, the caesar salad missing cheese and has a chunk of the lettuce stem. Romaine does not look fresh by any means.
We order and pick up from the same location (Manning) store. I add the same notes to the order as mentioned above. They did great with the food. Unfortunately the server/host missed a bag and the delivery driver came to drop it off after speaking with the manager. I should have checked all my bags as well but the standards are not aligned with the high prices.
This is a huge reason people don't order out or go out to eat anymore. The lack of consistency, the portions, quality of the food. Yet the prices keep going up. 🤔

One small suggestion would be to add a bit more meat to the dishes - while the flavor was there, the portion could have been a bit more generous.
