Went here wed for wing night with an group ordered wings my first order was good the second wasn’t full cooked as I ate them I noticed I told the staff, they asked if I would like another told them no thanks they said they would take the order off my bill , said thank you , when it came to pay the bill the waitress came with the bank machine telling me that it’s been taking off my bill didn’t think at the time so I paid it. One of my friends said you didn’t get your bill though. I realize that then asked for it I had paid for myself and my son, we each had two orders of wings a pop in a beer. All the orders of wings were still on the bill after I received it, but the woman assured me that it wasn’t when I got home immediately got sick due to the uncooked chicken. I called them to let them know that the food should be checked and reviewing my bill more, they did not take off that order. They followed to tell me then that they took it off. The other person‘s order, not mine and that I should call them and get an E transfer from them to cover mine. I said really that’s not gonna happen. You guys should pay attention more. They told me the manager would call me the next day. It is now three days later. still no word will not be eating there ever again. And the place wasn’t even busy there might’ve been only three tables no excuse

We walked in around noon and waited about 10 minutes to be seated…The restaurant was basically empty! The girl who seated us looked as if she had just ran out of the bathroom because she was fixing her clothing. The food that came out was cold and gross. One of the items we ordered was the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was ice cold and rubbery, the croutons were stale and the bacon pieces were hard and rubbery. The iced tea was watered down. The two pizzas we ordered were cold. It was not an enjoyable experience.

Had the most horrible experience. The place was so warm with no AC on a warm day. Server came after 20 minutes we were seated, and didn’t even get water after 20 minutes of ordering it. Poor service and awfully slow.

The server made an awkward face when my friend said they’ll tip her $5. Like she wanted to say it wasn’t enough lol. But the service was pretty slow, we waited a long time for drinks. We ordered a couple appetizers and she didn’t bring us utensils or napkins, not even an extra plate for our chicken bones.

UPDATE filled out online form as indicated and asked for a call back. No response at all.
Abysmal. Ordered online for pick up at 557pm June 24/24. Was told it would be ready any moment but they instead made me wait up for an hour. By 7pm food was still not ready. Keep being told it would be soon as I started to wonder why people who ordered after were receving their food. To my surprise, over an hour later hadn't been started due to "computer issues" and "kitchen was busy." That is understandable with game 7 but clearer communication was needed as I could have left if i knew my confirmed order was not actually started over 30 min ago. I called back to get manager information to discuss situation and was only told names. Asked for direct contact phone numbers and was told "they didn't know it" and I would have to call back. We went to UFO and it was ready on time within 20 min.
