This was our second time dining at Braven. The ambiance is stylish and definitely geared more toward adults, though not the most baby- or kid-friendly spot. The music, while energetic, felt a bit too loud and mismatched for the otherwise sophisticated atmosphere.
We opted for the Prix Fixe menu, and while the food was decent, we experienced a disappointing miscommunication with our server. When asked to choose between carrots, mushrooms, or broccolini for the steak frites, it wasn’t made clear that these were additional sides at an extra cost. We assumed it was part of the dish, only to find them added to the bill.
The experience left us a bit let down, as clearer communication could have easily avoided the misunderstanding. That said, Braven still makes for a solid date night spot for adults. A little more attentiveness to service clarity and perhaps a better fit for the background music would really enhance the overall experience.

This place will only treat you like you are a human if you are wearing LV. Edna Mode working the host station will not let you in with a reservation. If you make below 200k a year, expect to be looked over and even ignored. Not worth it.

We have been going to this place for years and never had issues, however last night we had an absolute terrible experience. We came in group of 6 for a dinner and the waitress was so inattentive and rushed, it took her 20 minutes to bring us at least water. She would just simply forget to bring us our orders and we had to ask other personnel to help. Ok we didn’t want to ruin our evening and moved to the bar to enjoy the dessert. When we were about to leave, another girl approached our table with a cleaning spray and started spraying it on our table. I asked her not to do that because Im allergic to chemicals and she can do it after we leave but she gave me the look and continued to spray even more. She did that on purpose so the spray gets on my clothes and hands. We were in complete shock. Moreover one of my friends got stains on his pants. We asked her why did she do that when we clearly asked her not to and she just ignored us and left. I think she was trying to push us to leave because the bar was about to close but she could’ve just simply say that and not be so rude instead. We were so disappointed because we loved this place and this incident completely ruined our evening. This is unacceptable behaviour and especially for a place of this kind. I wanted to bring this to management’s attention and btw that rude girl’s name was Valerie. Hope they can do something about it because it’s sad to see the place going downhill. Such attitude of the personnel is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Sat on the patio for the watch party to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time. Our server Lucas was phenomenal and very attentive even though it was super busy! The steak was so tender and the chicken parm was super flavourful. If you’re looking for a delicious cocktail I would definitely suggest the espresso martini or the duchess! What a great way to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back!

Literally we had the worst worst worst birthday experience ever!!!! They didn’t let us cut the cake for some add reason of us not being able to provide an ingredient list…. Then they fake promised a complimentary dessert which was not delivered… The waiter was so rude! Ugh never coming again…….

We recently went to Braven, for the first time, to celebrate a special family event. The food was amazing! Unfortunately, the service was poor. We aren’t sure if it’s because we were a large party with an automatic 18% gratuity, but the lack of service put a damper on our experience. One person had their meal served well over 5 minutes after everyone else and there were no apologies. We had empty glasses and dirty plates sitting way too long on the table. No check in on how the meal was, no acknowledgment of the special event and no thank you for coming in on our way out (from the server or manager). Regardless of the delicious food, we will not be returning nor can we recommend this restaurant. The service did not match the food.

Dying for the very first time at braven the other day for lunch! It was really a delightful experience. We lucked out and parking was easy to find just a couple blocks away I believe the hotel has valet parking but we didn't use it. We were seated right away and a large booth for just the two of us it gave it quite a cozy feel. The place has a lovely and slightly quirky decorative feel. We ordered from the lunch menu the burger and the chicken caesar wrap both were quite delicious! We also had the cheesy bread which was quite tasty! I tried a beverage called the duchess and I definitely should have ordered second one. Our waitress was friendly efficient and I would recommend this place for a nicer lunch or upscale dinner.
From arrival to completion it was great. Geeta was a gem, Mel was fantastic.

Tonight was my first time at Braven. I came for a private event. The atmosphere was welcoming. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. Servers were great, and attentive. I didn't have to ask for anything, and my drink was always topped up without asking. The food was delicious! Everything was warm and well timed. Excellent experience!
