The side we were sitting in felt a little dark. If they opened up the curtains to the otherside. It would have changed the ambience totally.
Everything was honestly amazing. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and it's definitely a place I would recommend for celebrating a special occasion. We went to celebrate my cousin's birthday with our friends, and we had such a good time. The service was excellent and overall everything was perfect. I'd truly recommend this place for any memorable moment.
Unique decor friendly vibe and super tasty, not overly sweet lattes and chai. Menu looks amazing as well though I did not sample it.

This was my 2nd time there but we were put at a table right by the barista station. Much too noisy, hard to hear ourselves talk. For the amount of money paid , should do away with those tables, not as enjoyable as the 1st time I was there!
Lovely place for a girls date out.
Amazing for taking pictures. Both food and the atmosphere brings a little extra joy to your day.
I used to always go there just for brunch (brunch menu) but last visit I tried the pasta… and Oh my God! That was delicious!
Food sizes are good and filling. Don’t make the mistake of pre ordering dessert 😅 you may be full by the time they arrive!

It was my first time at Brew & Bloom. Me and my gal pals enjoyed the ambiance, food and dining experience. Very unique.
I love Brew and Bloom! Both locations! Which is why I’m writing a review for both locations! And as I said for Brew and Bloom South, I can say the same for Brew and Bloom Downtown. It's amazing! I love the aesthetic, the meals and drinks I've had are delicious, I love that they both have a little shop in the front with such cute accessories. My only issues with Brew and Bloom Downtown is that some food my boyfriend and I have been served has been undercooked and cold. The chicken fettuccine alfredo my boyfriend had the first time we went was a bit bland, the noodles were cold and more sticky than creamy. My boyfriend and I recently went there for brunch and the sausages I got were also very mushy and undercooked. Our waitress was lovely and was definitely more present than our first time going there but definitely felt like there wasn’t enough staff for the amount of costumers I felt bad. :( Other than that it was absolutely lovely! Definitely worth it but I hope they can work on the undercooked food, lack of staff and staff presence.

I came to this location for a special dinner with my daughter and cousin. The service was extremely slow at getting us menus and food and beverages despite how slow they were that evening. And the food upset my stomach to the point where I was on the toilet most of the evening. I will never be back to this location based on the lack of customer service and the food was horrible but the beverages were amazing. That's about all good I have to say about this location was the beverages but the service and the food definitely could have been a thousand times better.

The south side location I find is just so much better. We made a reso here because it was closer, but the food and ambience was quite underwhelming compared to their other location. The tomato “dip” was a lot more like a sub par tomato soup, and the food, although visually appealing, just missed the mark in general.
Brew and Bloom was a really great experience. The ambience is amazing and very photogenic. The drink selection (both alcoholic and non) is extensive and everything we tried was very tasty. Our appetizer and main meals while a little pricy, tasted great and were a unique twist on some classics that we felt justified the price. The only downside to our meal was dessert, we opted for the PB&J cake which was cold, dry, and reminiscent of fruit cake. It was a bit unfortunate to end our meal on that note. Overall the restaurant was great though and we would return (just will skip dessert next time).
I ordered the eggs benedict and asked for soft eggs. I got hard poached eggs so their was nothing to soften the gigantic slice of bread that the eggs were served on. I would have sent it back but our server didn't come check on us for some time and just ate what I could. They took 10% off the benedict. My friend's chicken fingers were excellent as usual. No complaints there but I definitely do not recommend ordering eggs.
