Overpriced, with small servings. Not overly impressive.

We were taking relatives from out of town for dinner, at the new Brewster’s location downtown Edmonton. I loved the atmosphere much more than the old location.
When we seated ourselves as requested, we went to a table that had been reserved unbeknownst to us. We were going to get up and move elsewhere, when we were told the party was 20 minutes late and to stay 👏🏻👍🏻
The servers were extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout the meal. Everyone seemed to get along and their focus was us, their patrons.
We had a combination of goyzas, chicken wings (wing night), fish and chips and the stacked brisket sandwich. The wings were great (when are they not? 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😉). My cousin’s fish was tiny (a piece about 4” x 1.5”), but she said it was very good. My stacked beef brisket sandwich, well honestly it wasn’t the best tonight. This was handled immediately by the staff with great courtesy and apologies, including the General Manager Val Thompson. She came to me, with sincere interest as to what my expectations were vs as to what was made, etc, so going forward it was a learning experience for the kitchen. She treated me with great respect and kindness, and took care of the situation to my 100% satisfaction. Wow, I was so impressed.
I highly recommend you give this new Brewster’s downtown location a try!

Food was and looked good till we ate the Mac and cheese and meatloaf meal and found a hair in it, really turned us off , but hope they are more aware of it going forward because the menu and drinks are really good there , prices reasonable too.

I’ve only visited this location twice, both times just for dessert, and the whipped cream has been spoiled each time. It’s really disappointing and makes it hard to enjoy what should be a simple treat.

Went to new location in Unity Square to watch Grey Cup. Watched past two Grey Cups there in the previous location 100 meters away. Two problems this time. First, its not really a sports bar, which they don't claim to be, but be forewarned: this location is NOT sports friendly. Asked waiter/management if we could watch 30 minutes of pre-game analysis, but owners said not until game starts, so we listened to Phil Collins and tried to lip read the broadcasters. We left at half time as we were told a Trivia contest started at 6.30, and the game would be turned off. Next problem: my sandwich. I ordered a Brisket sandwich. Was really a pulled beef mush (watery) with a ton of melted cheese and bbq sauce. I did not like it all, but finished it as I was hungry and wanted to get out of there. Other food might be good, but that item should not be called brisket as people expect that it include have several slices of nice brisket, and what they get is a lazy mash of a sandwich. On the upside, the waitress was very pleasant and responsive. Oh well - its getting harder to find a place to watch sports, drink some beers and eat decent pub food!

I love this spot so much! Great food and chill atmosphere. The servers are so personable and very friendly. The manager (Val) also came by my table and talked to our table and made us feel so welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Food was really slow to arrive and wasn't all that worth the wait. Atmosphere was pretty good, but waiters were a bit slow with the service and a bit dismissive. Overall wouldn't recommend.

Shout-out to Brewsters Brewing for an amazing office lunch outing! My chicken wrap was so good — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked — and every other meal ordered by the team was a total hit too. Great food, great vibes, and a fun way to celebrate with the crew! 🍻🥂

Beer Revolution had the best pizza in Edmonton, and it was shuttered to move brewsters over. Integrate the old pizza menu into the new restaurant!

Man, Iv only been here the once, but Shay was our waitress and she absolutely rocked it. Very knowledgeable on the menu, great beer recommendations. She really made the experience the amazing thing that it was. Will be back if this is the kind of service that they provide because Shay ROCKS 🙌🏻🙌🏻
