We booked the upstairs for a work function and I can't say enough good things about the servers Katie and Taylor, the venue, and the food. Everything was top notch! Definitely booking other events here!

I almost forgot to write about the great experience I had here. Let's start with service, our awesome 'pilot' Kenzie...we would have been flying blind without her, and asked that she pick and introduced us to a few flights of the local ambrosia which included my new favorite, Oatmeal Stout. After which we dug into the fish and chips, wow, pleasantly surprised...blew some of the so called specialty fish and chip mongers out of the water (Kudos to the cooks!). The atmosphere was typical pub/grub/brewery vibes though the chairs, tables etc. could use a refresh and are showing their age. I will be back, maybe tonight....and tomorrow night...and more.

Shout out to Kenzie for the excellent service. She's been my server for a while and she's prompt, friendly and a delight. Trivia night on Sundays is fun, food is good.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the service from waitress, Kessie. We were neglected for an extended period, and basic items like straws were never provided. After finally getting attention, Kessie brought us the wrong bill, which was double the actual price! This left me questioning whether this was an honest mistake or if the restaurant is trying to take advantage of customers, especially when they're drinking.

When I pointed out the mistake, Kessie corrected the bill but then *demanded* a tip, which I found extremely inappropriate given the poor service. I’ve never had anyone forcefully ask for a tip before. To top it off, as we were leaving, she followed us and gave me an uncomfortable stare. It was such a bizarre and unprofessional experience.

This whole ordeal made me and my friend feel uneasy, and I definitely won’t be returning. Would not recommend this place based on this experience.

"I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the service provided by our waitress, Cassie. From the moment we sat down, we were neglected for the first 10 minutes. No one attended to us, and when we finally got someone’s attention, the service was incredibly slow. We had to ask for basic things like straws, which should have been provided automatically.

To make matters worse, Cassie brought us the wrong bill and then insisted that tipping was mandatory. I was shocked. Never in my life has anyone told me that I *had* to tip, especially after such poor service. Tips should be earned through good service, not demanded after a bad experience. I won’t be returning to this place anytime soon."

Me and my family came here for lunch and the food was AMAZING!!! Our server Brooklyn was so sweet and made us feel welcomed and accommodated us perfectly. Definitely will come back 10/10!!!

Spacious and clean. It unfortunately is in a problematic area filled with construction and nonsense patrons but the service is great and the beer selection is always good. No regrets coming here.

Good wine, terrible service by the red head server working August 10th 2024. Rude immediately, does not check on whether we wanted anynore drinks, doesn’t even have manners of introducing herself, or a hello my name is: so she will be referred to as red head. Straight to the point, would disappear like a ghost, not engaging with customers. Idk if I would come back if this is how all the servers are. Good drinks were the redeeming quality of this place.

Brought a friend who was visiting from out of town here on a Friday night and was left feeling extremely disappointed. Our server “forgot” to bring us menus, cutlery, and waters, so after being there for a while we had to ask to be served. Mind you, we were the only table there. Shortly after finishing our food (around 11pm, an hour before closing) we were told they would be closing soon. It started to feel like they were rushing us out of there, when they played a song that repeats “closing time” over and over. Our server came over to our table asking to close our tab - which was not a problem - but then mentioned that the manager plays this song in order to close early. The service was less than hospitable and I definitely wouldn’t go back. If you’re looking for a spot in the area there are plenty of other similar ones with way better vibes. Still regretting tipping these clowns.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our server failed to introduce herself and was largely absent throughout our meal. She did not provide us with adequate attention or assistance, even when my child accidentally spilled his drink. We were forced to clean the table and chairs ourselves. No napkins or refill for the drink was provided.

When we attempted to order more food, our server was nowhere to be found. We eventually managed to get the bill from another server and waited a considerable amount of time before we were able to pay for it. A different server took our cash and asked if we needed change back. We immediately said yes. She went to the bar to get change and they were talking about us, presumably about not tipping.

I attempted to speak to the manager, but was unable to get his attention. As a Foodie creator, I am accustomed to leaving positive reviews and over-tipping, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share my concerns. I hope that you will take steps to ensure that all of your customers are treated equally and with respect.

The lady working the patio tonight did a flawless job of providing an enjoyable experience. Timely, polite, attention to detail, was mindful of allergies, brought water for the dog.. everything with the service went smooth. Anywho, well done! Not often a server is that on the ball and did not go unnoticed. I think she was the only server working the patio at the time
