Great sourdough, excellent croissants, pains au chocolat, and other puff pastries
Can take a while, and often the queue will extend outside

The best sourdough bread and croissants in Edmonton! Been going here for years and their quality is impeccable. We are so lucky to have such high quality baked goods in town! Highly recommend!

Never saw such a slow service. Saturday, when the most people they have, advisers talking with customers about life. Come On! Understand about the customer service, but what about all those people standing outside? This is disappointing.

We absolutely love Brio! My husband and I have a regular standing Wednesday Brio date. We love Ana - she takes such great care of us. When we walk in the door, if there isn't anyone in line ahead of us, she's working on our order. From the amazing customer service to the quality of the baked goods, and mmmm the coffee. Brio is the absolute best bakery in Edmonton. I highly recommend trying Brio. You will not be disappointed.

My favorite bakery, I love coming in every week to get fresh bread and coffee in the early morning. Best part of my week.

I'm not even a huge fan of cinnamon buns, but my partner brought one home today from Brio that melted in my mouth. One of the most delicious baked goods I have ever eaten. We also get their sourdough and it's so good. Can't recommend enough!

I enjoyed the dark rye loaf and baguette I purchased from here, although I felt the price of the baguette was high - the quality and texture was on par with a classic French one. I hope to be back to try their viennoiseries as I was not happy with the ones from the supposed French cafe a few blocks west.

This place has really good products, everything is tasty, fresh, and feels truly authentic. If you love real bread and classic French pastries, I highly recommend giving it a try. You can really tell the quality and care that goes into everything.

My only small wish is that they were open longer hours, but I completely respect the owner's choice. Definitely worth a visit whenever you can catch them open!

Incredibly friendly staff and their baked goods are top level. This is my favorite bakery in the city. They also have a great Americano for those coffee drinkers.
