I am celiac and the staff were very careful to make sure to keep me safe, the only thing off was the soda machine was broken and there layout of the restraunt was weird having the storage room entrance in the dinning area,
as for fried food it was kinda bland but it is British food, I loved that I was able to have calamari! as I haven't been able to find GF avaliable anywhere but here
Dietary restrictions: safe for Celiac
Wheelchair accessibility: just a curb from the parking lot but the building is accessible, I didn't check out the washroom tho

Went here for lunch and ordered the Halibut fish and chips. I enjoyed the fry on the fish but it was way too greasy. Every bite had a mouthful of oil. The fish itself was really under seasoned. The fries under seasoned as well. The curry sauce wasn't the greatest. The tartar sauce was really good but I needed to slather everything in it for some flavor.
Customer service is a little lacking. The lady at the front really could work on her people skills... When we were done I asked for a to go container for my leftover fish. She took it and wrapped it in paper. Like a huge wad of paper. Found that pretty inconvenient as well and a little weird. Maybe it's just me.
Terrible fish, 50% of the fish steak is covered with flour. Fries are tasteless. The chowder is also too salty.

Ordered fish and chips. A bit too much batter for me and on the under-seasoned side. Service was great though and prices were also competitive. The decor is a bit dated and is the same as my last visit more than 10 years ago...Could use a renovation.

I won’t be back. I’ve been coming here for approximately 15 years or so and the last few years it seems it just keeps getting worse and worse. For a plate of fries, you get a handful of french fries and for fish you get a very thin piece of fish 3/4 batter at a steep price They should be serving cod, loins, not thin pieces of the tail! And the french fries are also 3/4 hard as a rock. For the onion rings I think they were eight bucks and literally had six onion rings in there. Disappointed won’t be back!
