We came to this restaurant with a group of eight, and at first things seemed promising — we were seated right away, which was great. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill.
After sitting for about 15 minutes, we placed our food orders. When the meals were brought out, they completely forgot my dish (I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo). While the rest of the table ate, I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes for mine to arrive — by the time it did, almost everyone else had finished their food.
We also ordered fries that were advertised as part of the happy hour deal, but we were charged full price. This was only corrected after I pointed it out, which felt like something staff should’ve caught themselves. What really frustrated me was the handling of my delayed meal. A manager (unfortunately I didn’t catch their name) apologized and said they would apply a discount for the inconvenience — fair enough. But when the bill came, there was no discount at all. If they hadn’t offered anything, I could’ve let it go, but making a promise and then not honoring it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m including a photo of my receipt showing I was charged full price for the fettuccine Alfredo.
To top it off, my sister — who was on a separate bill — found a hair in her food. Absolutely unacceptable. Really disappointed in the service overall. Wouldn’t return or recommend based on this experience.

Their Oreo jar dessert is out of this world. Usually get the Dragon Bowl which is delicious but got adventurous and tried their chicken tacos instead. They were AWESOME. As well as the fries. Service was great too- I've had the same server both times and she's lovely!

Came in with a few friends the other night. We sat outside on the patio with one other table. Our server was very friendly in the beginning and seemed like she was going to be on the ball. Then we waited 30 mins for our appetizers, our server hadn’t even come to check on us until after our appetizers arrived and that’s when we got the chance to order our entrees which took 45 minutes to get to the table. When our entrees were delivered we were not asked about drink refills and no dirty plates were cleared. Our server did not check on how our food was once during our meal and was supposed to get a drink refill which I’m assuming she forgot about because after 20 minutes I went up to the bar inside and got it myself. At the end of our meal our table still had our appetizer plates and 3 empty glasses that had been sitting there for a while and we still had our menus. None of the servers cleared any of the plates from the table at any point. The last two times at this restaurant I’ve experienced poor service and I won’t be back.

Courageous Goodbyes
Had a great business lunch here. Atmosphere was great with enough privacy. For me I'd prefer the background music to be quieter but that's just me in any restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back.
Had an awesome dinner with my two boys and I. I’m not one for reviews- the staff here look very young. The cooks, the hosts, the servers, bartenders. They killed it tonight. Fast service on food and drinks and my server, Stacey was always around with a smile. First time here and will recommend every chance I get. Keep up the good work, kiddos.

Waited super long for our food server was not on top of drinks very often and long times were they sat empty. Managed to finally get my burger and the meat was a solid as a hockey puck and dry. Noticed after only one bite and notified our server asap. Got the burger re fired and when it got back to the table it was on the tiniest plate didn’t looked the nicest presentation wise. And the bill came and it was explained to me that when they say they comped my burger they meant they comped the second burger that came out and I had to pay for the other. The manager never came and had any interaction with our whole table about the issues and left the heat to the server. This was my first time here after going to the browns on the south side as this one is in my neighborhood. And I don’t think I’ll be returning any one of these things would’ve got me to give a reasonable second try but even thing compounded prob not.

My steak was on the bland side, but I was starving, so when ahead and ate. Pleasant atmosphere & nice, friendly & efficient wait staff. I’m on disability, so it’s a bit rich for my blood, but it was nice.
