I love social brown house, especially that one girl that worked as a hostess Nancy she was so polite and sweet. She made us feel so welcomed I love that girl to bits!!!! 100% would go again!!!

Arrived at restaurant, no disabled friendly doors on entrance. If it was not for the kindness of another individual I could not have entered the establishment.

The waitress was the only shining star in this event. The assistant manager was more worried about the cost of a steak then in getting the steak done right. Had major push back on getting it fixed. Told it would take a long time to do a medium rare steak. That's a new one on me. And it wasn't due to the restaurant being busy, as it wasn't.

The waitress was a go between and injected reason and asked questions of the kitchen. She then adjusted the bill.

Would not go back to the establishment again. And until Brown's Social House joins the 20th century toward disabled people I will not even go to their good venues.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible. I am a stroke survivor and have mobility issues and can not open the doors!

Staff is always wonderful here, above and beyond. Food is consistently great, and the atmosphere can be professional, casual, or a mix of the two it always works. Shout out to the bartender for her amazing pours and wonderful service! Highly recommend the peach bellini!

Mediocre, which was surprising. Server didn't seem to know what they were doing, to be honest. Food was ok but not great. Menu selection, again ok, but not great. I ordered the fish & chips and my second piece of fish was basically the size of a Burger King chicken fry, so that was pretty disappointing.

On the plus side, atmosphere and ambiance is great. Location is convenient, prices aren't outrageous.

First time to try this place. Atmosphere is nice and cozy.
Went specifically to try the avocado eggs Benedict which is served as a brunch only during the weekend.
The portions are decent size but a bit too pricy if you compare that with an eggs benny that is served at other places with salmon.
Not many options for kids, had only a kids French toast option.
The regular menu did have many options but very few options for vegans or Muslims who look for halal options.

I ordered two burgers from skip the dishes through this location and we received both burgers looking like this. Extremely disappointed with the cooks as they were obviously rushing and seem to have no care.

We dropped in last night for some drinks and appetizers for their 3-6 Happy Hour. Food portions are small for what you pay, even at a reduced Happy Hour price. We had a few different plates and all were small, especially the nachos!
That’s said, we had a great time. We especially loved our server, Sophia. She was friendly, funny and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for helping me celebrate my “25th” birthday Sophia!!

Today i reached out to Browns to discuss a concern and the prompt and amazing response was absolutely a 10/10. I have never in my life had such great customer service and it truly makes me want to go back. They went above and beyond with the solution and it was outstanding.

Amazing service, I think the servers name was Ava? Dark hair and glasses? She was lovely, super friendly and attentive. The gluten free bun for the burger was the best I’ve ever had. Really nice atmosphere too.
