There were only two servers working the entire floor on a Sunday night. The restaurant was completly full, no manager in sight. Our drinks sat at the bar top for 20 minutes before they were delivered. We waited over an hour before our food order was placed. The staff were clearly hustling but were understaffed with no support.

I did not know that Browns was a sports bar for drunk idiots. There is nothing more ridiculous than listening to a drunk scream about a sports game while you're just trying to get some food..

Kitchen ran out of nachos, which is whatever. Ordered crispy cauliflower and took an hour. Went for my birthday. Server apologized. Wouldn't go back.

I visited Browns Social House – Tamarack while visiting from Toronto today. The food was great: we ordered the little nachos, chicken wings, brownie fudge, a Hugo spritz, and a peach soda, and everything tasted excellent. The kitchen absolutely deserves credit.
Unfortunately, the service was uncomfortable and disappointing. We were told, unprompted, that mocktails don’t come with refills, asked if we were “not be needing the card payment machine,” and not initially shown the itemized bill. When we asked for it, we were told we had been overcharged by $10, which was only corrected because we requested the bill. By that point, a tip had already been added, and the refund was given in cash, making the situation feel awkward and unprofessional.
I was dining with my younger sister, and while we may have looked younger than most of the crowd, the treatment didn’t feel fair. The food was great, but the service significantly impacted the overall experience.

We normally go to Browns for the burgers. Had the steak tonight and it was fabulous.
Food was tasty and the knowledge of the safety of the food was very apparent. The server knew her stuff.

Stopped by quickly with my sister before a movie, ordered a coke and then got a text about our movie being an hour earlier than what we thought. Told our server who was super understanding about the whole thing.
Although we didn't order any actual food, the service was A+ for that short duration and we'll definitely be coming back

We had such a great experience! We were there celebrating my mom’s birthday, and our bartender (forget her name) blonde, with her hair in a bun.. was absolutely fantastic. She was so attentive, friendly, and really made sure we had everything we needed. Her service made the whole night feel extra special.

It was a hot day outside.. we were excited to sit outside but the patio was so so hot. No fans at all. We decided to eat inside. The AC was on full blast. Little chilly. Service was good. Husband ordered steak and pasta. Steak was very chewy. We did mention it to the server. They didn't offer any discount 😕. It was tasty. Pasta was good, small portion could have been little warmer. I did order southwest rice bowl it was good, small portion. Service was good.
