It was a hot day outside.. we were excited to sit outside but the patio was so so hot. No fans at all. We decided to eat inside. The AC was on full blast. Little chilly. Service was good. Husband ordered steak and pasta. Steak was very chewy. We did mention it to the server. They didn't offer any discount 😕. It was tasty. Pasta was good, small portion could have been little warmer. I did order southwest rice bowl it was good, small portion. Service was good.

Poor service, went in with a group of 4 and we were sat outside by the host, an Indian male. It was not a busy time, note that it was a Sunday evening. We ended up sitting for over 15 minutes without any server coming to take our orders or get water. We decided to leave since we wanted to eat promptly.
We sat outside. Food was great. Server was friendly. We didn't have to wait to sit down. They didn't bug us to leave while we were visiting. Would come back again.

We went to Browns Socialhouse to celebrate a special occasion, but it was a big letdown. The server was rude and dismissive, and the onion rings we ordered were overcooked and greasy. When we raised the issue, there was no apology or effort to make it right. Even the manager didn’t seem to care. We left early without even staying for dessert. This used to be our regular spot, but after this experience, we won’t be going back. We were hoping to enjoy a nice meal and celebrate, but instead, we left early and disappointed. Sadly, we couldn’t even enjoy the occasion due to the lack of care and hospitality. We wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.

We go to Brown’s once a week for brunch. The mimosas are amazing - fresh squeezed OJ makes all the difference. Justin is a great server - he’s very personable and remembers our very specific orders. I highly recommend it there - eggs Benedict is so tasty ! Or get the avocado and tomato Benedict and add bacon!
