Been coming to this location for many years. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The place is great small or large gatherings. It's lively but never too loud. They use to have a good happy hour food menu, but I've noticed it's getting very limited now. The items they do have available are good though. Just 4 stars for the selection.

Blackened chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was amazing. Service of high level. Will definitely be back.

I recently dined at Browns Windermere and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by the dismissive and rude behavior of the staff. From the moment we entered, there was no warm welcome; instead, we were met with indifference.

When we asked questions about the menu, the responses were curt and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome. Our server seemed more interested in rushing us than in providing good service, which overshadowed the meal itself.

While the food had potential, the unpleasant atmosphere created by the staff made it hard to enjoy. It’s a shame, as the restaurant could be great with a friendlier approach. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend it to others looking for a pleasant dining experience.
