I had an amazing experience at Bubba Gump in West Edmonton thanks to my server, Yana. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at all the right times without ever feeling intrusive. Our drinks were perfect, and she made sure everything came out fast and fresh.
What really stood out was her attitude; she was smiling the whole time and handled a busy section like it was nothing. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares about giving great service.

I have only been to Bubba Gump’s in the US before so this was a great experience close to home!
The food was just as good as I remember and the server, Thea had a great positive vibe to her making the atmosphere more lively and enjoyable.

As soon as we were seated, Faith was very attentive and provided excellent table side service. She had a warm, genuine, infectious smile and this was wonderful to see (considering she was quite busy.) We ordered drinks, strawberry salad and the Crab and Shrimp boil. Everything was delicious! Thanks to the kitchen staff and once again a huge shoutout to Faith.

Just shared a Giant Margarita and 2lbs of garlic and cajun peel & eat Shrimp! Wow! Absolutely delicious, the very best shrimp ever! I wanted to order another pound to enjoy the flavor but decided to return another time . Bartender was fun , friendly and got to shake my own margarita! Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely incredible, I have never had a po boy before and this was my first time. it literally made my mouth water, it was so good. And the service was super fast too. excellent food, excellent service, A++++ 10 out of 10 out of ten, gold star, gold star, gold star. One of the best places I've eaten at in a while

This wasn’t my first time visiting, and it won’t be my last; somehow able to elevate my experience every time we go. This time, i had the pleasure of Janelle recommending the mac n cheese which was exactly what i was looking for. She made our experience quick, easy and delightful by offering amazing customer service. Thanks Janelle ;)

One of my favourites, I like the place, the food and the service.
Thea was our server today, she was very nice and friendly. She helped us to have a great time, I liked her energy, her suggestions regarding the menu and all the fun with Forrest Gump trivia.

Got there took 20 minutes for somebody to ask us if we needed a drink with a party of 13 took forever to get a refill didn't take empties or leftover plates the only thing good about our experience was the food would not recommend it to anybody a lot more better service just a quick walk away

Thea was the best server! She asked me a few questions about the movie Forest Gump. I was terrible at the answers and she was so sweet and gave me little hints. It was nice because I was dining alone. I will be back. Great service!
