We just ordered the large shrimpers net catch and the jambalaya through Uber Eats and are absolutely shocked at the portion size. For $80, there should be a lot more food or a much lower price. Absolutely the worst value I’ve ever experienced with a delivery order.

Quality and taste were on point. Just the portion size/cost was an issue.

The server was amazing but the front staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are rude and not one of them actually looked at us.

I went here as it's a newer addition to west edmonton mall and I use to frequent here often. My brother came to town so I decided to give this place a try. To start the server was friendly. And the atmosphere was cool. But the food was so bland. Like tasteless. The crab and shrimp roll was warm but had cold ingredients so it was unpleasant but also had little to no flavor. The coconut shrimp was ok but that was the highlight for food. The cocktails were OK and we got a cup with the cocktail. I won't be back. I had higher hopes what a disappointment.

Had a great time at Bubba Gump in Edmonton! The food was delicious as always, and the vibe was on point—perfect for a fun outing. Only downside was the service; the wait staff seemed a bit stretched, but they did their best to keep things moving. Overall, still a solid spot for good food and a lively atmosphere!

One of the iconic restaurants in Edmonton. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the movie-liked displays throughout the dining room. We received fantastic service and everything on the menu were delicious ?. We will definitely visit again.

Run, Forrest, run..!!
Wow, what a legendary movie. I invited my 32-year-old son, who doesn’t eat or like any seafood, but both of us wanted to experience the feeling of Forrest Gump—the atmosphere of this iconic, true-story-based film. The setting was outstanding, the service was very friendly and fast, and the food was good too. A wonderful experience, whether you’re with family, friends, or even by yourself.."

Cool place, loved the atmosphere. Our server was lovely but the food was bad. Food took a long time to come out - yet it wasn’t busy. Not sure if it was a bad day for them, but our food definitely sat under the heat lamp far longer than it should have. Not sure we’ll be back.

Appetizer came out last, waiting for for food for more than an half hour. Food portion are too small for amount that you pay. Not recommended and we are not coming back

Nice restaurant, cool theme especially if you like the movie. The food is good, we had no problems and both liked our meals. Our waitress was really sweet if a little slow but it was busy so we don't blame her at all. They just should have more staff on shift during busy times.

We tried this place the other day, it was fab. A bit expensive to go often, but once in a blue is a nice treat. The meal was like $28.95, I liked it, and it was filling, I think if they were a bit cheaper people would fill this place right at opening, it was almost empty at noon on a friday, so maybe they will make more money if a bit cheaper items? lol
The server was super nice, and helpful.

Greasy food, slow service. Interesting stuff to look at but honestly for the price, portions and the amount of grease you get definitely try somewhere else in WEM.
