Mango bubble is gross.. powder and Zero real mango fruit.. straight rip-off, and resturant feel like trash, I throw it out.. I don't wanna GET SICK.. STAY AWAY YOU GUYS!!

Very tasty tea. Went at a good time so no long line up. Staff took time to explain some cultural heritage with happiness. Did I say the Cherry Tea with juice was delicious and the smooth tasty pineapple coconut (real fruit) was to live for. Will definitely go again.

Tried the brown sugar milk tea and it was really good. I'll definitely be back, especially for their Real Fruit drinks (durian, jackfruit, longan and like 15 other flavours) which I can't wait to try. They have a very extensive menu and a stamp card where you get your 10th drink free. Prices are fair at around $7 for most (larger size).
Best bubble tea I've ever had. Super kind lady running it!! And soooo many flavors to pick from. I recommend the strawberry and the white chocolate powder flavors!

The lady behind the counter is the sweetest!Stamp cards available. Free parking outside. No public washrooms.We’ve tried so many BBT places and they all pale in comparison to Bubble T. It’s our family’s go-to.
