Food is exceptional so we will do pickup often. Atmosphere is very old and dated but food makes up for it.

Their japchae is $20 and you barely get any veggies and no meat. Just paying $20 for noodles. I’ve had better japchae in other places.

The portion size is ridiculously small. Hardly any beef in the bibimbap and the smallest egg. I will never order gain. This place used to be great...not anymore!

This restaurant is an absolute gem of a place. Everything is delicious (that I have tried), their bean sprout salad is something I find myself craving lately at night, and I am not a fan of bean sprout salad. Took a couple friends here for their first visit, and my first visit since my Campus St. Jean days, and everything was amazing. Thank you so much for just being awesome, folks!

I called in a lunch bulgogi for pick up. Food was decent for the price but lacked a bit in flavor. Also, I am not sure if they use msg or something similar but it completely knocked me down after eating it.
One big issue I had was that it looked like someone previously threw up or had an "explosion" all over the wall right by the entrance.
Whatever it was, it was really gross!
I wondered why it was left like that for customers to look at and walk past.
A bucket or two of hot water could have cleaned that right up. It then made me question how clean and sanitary they were inside the kitchen.
Probably won't be back.

We were so excited to come here. My lady hadn't been in years and I'd never been but do love me some good Korean food. The Kimchi Pancake was awesome... So was the little cold sprout salad... But unfortunately the rest was so underwhelming with an overwhelming price tag. When you spend $27 on a seafood stir-fry at least put some seafood in it...new owners maybe? Hopefully it was just an off night and that most people have better food with more seafood in their seafood dish than we did... I don't like to be a Debbie downer, especially for a place that's been there so long... It's got a good rating so maybe this was a one off bad experience but we won't be going back... Or recommend it to anybody... Tasted more like food court food rather than a special place to go eat at. As I've heard over and over before...

We picked up after my wife had a procedure. Had to warm it up a bit because it was a bit of drive in rush hour, but it was delicious. Left overs also delicious. Our dishes are not on the list.

Avoid! Ever since the owners changed, this place has gone down the drain. Everyone that was naive to try this place once has never gone back. The new owners try to squeeze everything out of the few customers that do come ($6 for one piece of lettuce, really?!). Its odd how this place is still running despite all the previous reviews of health code violations.

Meat portion was far too small, ordered udon noodles and bulgogi a few mths ago. Noodles were good, but had better flavored bulgogi at the heritage festival years ago. Sadly won't be back, would like to, but not worth the price, and not enough food. Lotsa noodles, not much meat.
Always very good

Been going here since they opened back in 1981. Used to love this place but will no longer be going here. Place is in serious need of a reno. Smells and filthy! Wonder what the kitchen looks like??? Food portions have shrunk and prices are expensive but worst of all on my last visit I bit down on a molten chunk of plastic in my sweet and sour pork dish. Looked like some plastic fell into their fryer melted and they served it to us. When we complaint to management the lady actually commented that my chunk of plastic was smaller than what they usually find in the food...WHAT!!! They gave us 8 bucks off and won't be going here again.
