I had a wonderful first time here! The staff was very kind and helpful when placing my order, and provided excellent customer service. I really enjoyed the bibimbap with bulgogi beef and a gochujang sauce—the beef was tender and flavourful, and every
element was so fresh. The kimchi was also delicious! I will definitely be stopping by again when I am in town!

The food was ok . I went to some other Korean restaurants before and naturally I made comparison . I ordered from their special buy one get second small plate for 50% and they didn’t honour that and failed to get the second item , I had to re- buy it . I orders tofu veg soupe , even after adding kimchi and all sort of veg it kind of tasted flat . That was my favourite dish in other Korean restaurant. I would say the place is average , ok not wow .

I'm here visiting from British Columbia and ate here a few times. The service was really friendly and the food was so good! The kimchi was awesome! Bring this place to BC!

Very accommodating to my food allergy! The owner themselves took the time to make sure the dishes we ordered didn't' contain any allergens and even wrote a handwritten note.
Classic bimbimbap done right although the ginseng chicken was cooked quite poorly.

For years now, BUOK has been my go-to. The food is consistently fresh and yummy. The staff are pleasant and provide great service, adding to the positive experience. Plus, the restaurant is always clean. It's a comfortable and delicious place to eat.

The service was friendly and engaging.
It's always nice to see the owner/operator on site, guiding staff and ensuring quality is to spec.
The food was fast and most of all, fresh.

The sprout salad and kimchi that arrived before my bowl were incredibly refreshing and tasty.

The counter attendant who took my order made sure to inquire about allergies and was also very open to a personal modification.

My bowl was delivered with care and a descriptor.

Overall, while the bright, clean atmosphere of the room reflect that of a quick, fresh lunch destination, Buok operates with the care and attention to detail you would expect of a fine dining establishment.

This is one of our favourite restaurants in Edmonton - the food is always tasty and service is amazing. And they have great accommodations for allergies. Highly recommend.

Great Food! Friendly service, Perfectly balanced BUlgogi Bibimap. I would definitely recommend this for a quick bite, takeaway or lunch.
