Gave us a free burger because we could only afford meals for myself and our kids. My man got to eat too! Food was of course amazing. Definitely recommend the mozza and mushroom burgers!

I’d seen this spot countless times driving by, but what finally nudged me was a documentary I caught—The Lebanese Burger Mafia. It dives into the fascinating history of Burger Baron, following filmmaker and Burger Baron heir Omar Mouallem as he traces the chain’s origins through rural Alberta, revealing a rogue fast-food empire full of cultural and immigrant stories.

I went to this location last year and it was great. Mushroom burger and the baron burger were like the ones we had at our baron burger back home. I was looking forward to coming back this time around.
I mistakenly 😭 went to the one on 9980 70th nw. And ohh wow day and night their mushroom sauce had zero flavor minus the tin taste of the can and a weird texture of beef. The baron sauce yes, it’s a ketchup base but it was so gross. Was like dumping 4 tablespoons...
