My wife and I went for a bite at burger King and it was a perfect experience. The food was fresh and delicious you could tell how fresh were the toppings,the burger so juicy and the fries nice and crisp came from very fresh oil. Big thank you to the manager JEN and her crew for running a successful operation. Highly recommend.

Went through the drive thru, and I had to repeat myself 5 or 6 times, and still the order was incorrect, so I canceled the order and got a refund. When did it become optional that the people in the drive thru to speak English. If someone is in that position, you'd think that you'd verify they can actually understand English. Pathetic really, won't be back and will be filing a complaint with Burger King itself about the idea of hiring people who are unable to do their job. Won't be back, and a complaint with burger king has been filed. No one makes concessions for me at my place of employment so I don't make any concession for anyone else in their job, either they can do it or they can't and I'm not going to learn a second language just to order from here.

Renée is an awesome guy who loves the company. He helped us pick out our order by telling us what sandwiches he liked and when he brought out our order he even offered us BK crowns and ran back in to bring them out to us. Great guy! Definitely recommend this place especially Renee

I was in Edmonton, looking for a fast food place to grab a bite and saw Burger King - realized I had not been to one in over a quarter century (my town does not have one) so stopped in. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Roof had a leak from rapidly melting snow, but was clearly marked. Staff were super friendly and attentive. After ordering they brought the food to my table. I ate the fries first and an enployee came around to verify the food was Ok. Later, as I was eating the burger, I forgot that they came with pickles, so I was picking them out. An employee noticed and came over to check if there was a problem with the food. (Never experienced this kind of service in a fast food place! Wow!) The burger tasted like one I might make on my grill. Excellent food and way above excellent service. I highly recommend this Burger King.

Cleanest fast food place in the area. Even my boys commented on the bathrooms being nice. My spouse, who is picky and generally dislikes Burger King and McDonald's, said the place convinced him to come back. The burgers look like what's on the picture (we were also not eating during rush time).
I love my double whopper extra onions, and it never disappoints here.
Bonus, someone made the rounds to ensure everyone at the tables was doing alright like you would at a family restaurant, and this is exactly how it felt. Great service!

This is how an establishment should be run! We no longer have fastfood restaurants like this one with kind and smiling employees. Food is pretty much the same as other Burger Kings, it is clean enough in the dining room but service is much better than others. Highly recommended.

When I lived in Edm this was a staple. I loved the double cheeseburger. My brother actually was an original employee at this location as well. I have always loved buying burgers from this location and I do whenever I am in the area.
