Young girl at the drive through window February 4 at around 9:30pm was rude as hell. I asked simple questions and she had attitude. No effort to pass food I'm half out of my fricking window here and she doesn't even try. Terrrrrrrrrrrrrible service please talk to this individual if anything my lord.

This location is NOT family friendly if your family includes small children in diapers. There are NO change tables available, despite the washrooms having adequate space for one. My family stopped in to have dinner on Dec 17th and I took my newborn to the washroom to change his diaper, only to discover that there were no change tables. My only options for changing my baby were the dirty bathroom floor or the bench seat of the booth we were sitting in. A change table could have easily been installed in the accessible stall to ensure parents didn’t have to make the choice between changing their babies on the dirty floor or at a table in the dining area. Very disappointing.

I had an excellent experience at Burger King on 137! The customer service was truly exceptional—every employee was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our food was served hot, fresh, and tasted great. On top of that, the entire restaurant was spotless, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Burger King locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

What is it with burger Kings?
Food....the side onion rings had no flavor and soggy and made me sad 😢 my burger was mediocre my first bite and I thought why am I here? The BBQ sauce on the burger was generic and bland the meat was okay the pickles were at least yummy. The worst part of the whole experience was the fact my gf asked for no tomatoes/onions on her burger and as I'm watching them make our food I saw them put both on the burger started to wrap it, saw the sticker that said no tomatoe no onion unwrapped it and just took them off! Some may think so what? Well some people could be allergic to said things and maybe the ones making food should read the order first?

Place is clean.. service is great. Staff even took time to ask if everything is ok while we’re eating. Maybe one thing.: keep washrooms locked, so that druggies ang nasty people don’t go in to thrash it.
