This restaurant charges for bags for your food. We know the cost of the bag is built in the prices. If the customer says yes to a bag, just give them the bag, don't charge them a 2nd time.

The fact that the dining room closes at 8pm is absolutely ridiculous. You lost out on a lot of business and lost a customer for life. 10pm or 11pm maybe but 8pm is just ridiculous.

I saw a review about the same kind of experience i had here & thought i would share too. I also experienced the staff mocking me & using me as their source of amusement while sitting in the drive-thru at the window waiting for my food.
