So disappointed. We were the only ones in there and we waited for over 15 minutes. Finally got our order and everything was luke warm. Pancakes were ok, cheese in the very small croissant wasn't even melted, coffee was the only thing that was hot. Very unfortunate, expecting a hot breakfast and a better wait time since there was no one else they had to look after.

Try to do the Halloween promo purple whopper manager told us to download the app. That’s the only way to get it after downloading the app and signing up said it wasn’t available for us and that they didn’t carry the purple burger very misleading giant waste of time do not come to this location

Whoppers are awesome but why am I pressured into supporting a charity and when I decline I'm given total attitude?? I donate when I can and frankly it's not your business. Little girl at the drive-thru till needs an attitude adjustment.
The order kiosk was broken and wouldn’t process payments. I told the manager Herlene but didn’t care at all. I even asked her a second time as other customers were trying to use it and growing frustrated. Nope, just ignored me.

Absolutely worst run food franchise in Edmonton, much less NORTHEAST Edmonton. Spent 25 minutes waiting for an order of chicken fries that were snatched away by other greedier customers and staff that can't figure out one order from the next. I was first in line yet every other car that came after me was served. The apology such as it was was half-hearted. Do I feel bad dropping the F-bomb in this case? Nope. Well deserved. If I could hand out negative numbers or a Zero star review I would. The whole act of fast food if that you take our money and you give us food faster than it would be to run to the grocery store come home and eat. And even in this specific case this store would LOSE, LOSE, LOSE. YOU HAVE ONE JOB, GET IT DONE. AND NO, WASTING NEARLY HALF AN HOUR OF MY TIME ISN'T WHAT I WOULD CALL" HAVING IT MY WAY"... YOU KNOW BETTER, NOW DO BETTER!
