Part of the order was missing resulting in us wanting to give back the whole order untouched for a refund as our lunch break was coming to an end by that time. Unfortunately we used the app so after returning to the location for a resolution we were told it would be handled by customer service through the app. Turns out customer service through the app will just offer points equivalent to less than half your order then flat out refuse to give anything. My fault for not checking the order immediately but the customer service through the app is horrendous. Also it's careless of this location to forget items in such a small and basic order.

Do not eat at this location. You WILL get sick. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and poutine and ate around 1:30pm and have been non stop throwing up and shitting since 2pm. I do not believe they practice safe food handling at this location as I have NEVER been sick from eating at any other burger king location. Save yourself from violent upset stomach and diarrhea and EAT ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I have had excellent experiences many times here, top notch service! Tons of friendly well trained staff with old school values! Fast service! Everyone is cross trained and many many times see the management staff cleaning tables and asking customers if they need anything else for a perfect meal! Hot fresh food presented perfectly Clean dining room Clean washrooms
If you’re are looking for a 5 star experience this is the restaurant you need to go to! I hope corporate reads these because this location should be the staple of how a restaurant should run, attention to detail !! Please keep it up BK cal trail !

Took my food to go, get into car thought we were shorted. Husband talks to staff in store. Employee comes out to our car and digs through our food. She finds the jalapeño bites. They were the size of a shelled peanut. The picture looked like they were the size of a corn fritter. Not to mention while she went through are bag dumped the two orders across the bottom of the bag and unwrapped one of our cheeseburgers. I have never had someone disrespect us and our food. Unprofessional. Sun around 1pm. Sept 28 2025.
