One of the best Burger King locations I’ve been to. Very neat and clean — the whole place feels well-maintained. The staff were great, especially the manager (I think his name is Taj — apologies if I got his name wrong!). It’s rare to see a fast food manager personally come around to check on customers and ask if everything’s okay or if we need anything else. Keep up the good work, Taj!

We live in the Chappelle Neighborhood right next to this Burger King shop. We come here every week with my kid. During the opening on 21st August 2025 early morning my wife and my 2.5 years old son was waiting outside. The two Philippino female employees who opened the the shop this morning had absolutely terrible attitude and worst customer service we have ever seen. My wife was constantly IGNORED! MISTREATED AND DISCRIMINATED. They didn't even care that she was with a small kid. SHE WAS THE FIRST CUSTOMER! And she was treated like a homeless person who demanded free food. Kept ignoring when asked for a strow for my son's drink. And charged for a bag when she asked the food on a tray!! Absolutely disgusting. They racially profiled my wife and kept ignoring her and giving disgusting attitudes until my wife and son leave the shop! Most of the other employees who works there are fantastic! We always have great experience with them. They are nice, polite and kind. Knows exactly what customer service means.
Please do not have this kind of employees. The neighborhood supports your business. DO NOT DESTROY YOUR OWN REPUTATION BY HIRING THIS KIND OF LOW QUALITY, UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!!!! (Feel free to check your CCTVs and see what happened)

Super clean, everything was spotless and shiny. Tables were sparkling, and they even had crowns on every table. Staff were super friendly, kept smiling and made sure to double-check our order. We got our food in about 5 minutes — it was hot, fresh, and really tasty. They kept asking if we needed ketchup, a bag, or anything else, and even checked in after to see how everything was. Honestly, felt more like a proper restaurant than fast food. Solid 5 stars.

Went through drive through today at 12 pm got 8 pc nuggets meal. Some how only got 7 nuggets lol that were cold, cold fries , flat coke, and no dip… sucks cause I wanted to give this place a second chance since being in community. But to offer cold food and wrong quantities won’t be returning unfortunately. Should have checked food before driving home.

The food was delicious, and the surroundings were very clean, including the washroom. It’s a cozy little hideout tucked away in a small plaza, but definitely worth visiting. Loved the experience!

The food and service was great. We specifically went because we had been given gift cards, as we don't normally eat at Burger King. Giving three stars because they weren't set up to accept gift cards 👎 We enjoyed the Whopper Wednesday deal.
