Customer service is great, staff very friendly, the restaurant is clean and modern. However the burger is lacking flavour, not enough sauce/juice, the burger to bun ratio is off as well. Fries were great, menu is good with something for everyone. However not sure if I would go back.

Good service, very nice place. Clean and spacious. Nicely decorated and not overdone. They have a lot of burger options, including vegan and plant based. A bunch of side options and some dessert options. The order was ready quickly. It was quite empty when I got there.Food was good, but nothing to write home about. The presentation of everything was great. They need to work on the taste of the burger. It was quite bland. I think the salt was very low. The doneness was just right. I was looking forward to a tasteful burger on a brioche bun. Wasn't blown away. Cajun fries were good. Chipotle ketchup was also good. Flourless chocolate cake was expensive, small and very dry.

Ate here back in November. The staff and service were great. Fries were delicious but the burger itself was dry and lacked flavour. I was really hoping to love it but paying that much for a burger it needs to be flavourful.

Warm bright and modern atmosphere with very friendly staff. Kid friendly. The burger was definitely above average and the toppings were fresh and local. Fries are nice and crispy, with several options for sides. I thought the burger patty was on the small size and it's wasn't the most flavourful. That and the high prices kept me from giving 5 stars. I would go back, but the price will keep me from being a regular.

Elk burger was good but toppings all extra not worth the money. Ostrich burger was not very good at all horrible tasting. I have has ostrich before. Very very gamey tasting. Burgers need some sort of sauce or seasoning in the meat. Will not be going back or trying again. For such high prices the food should be a lot better.

Went to Burger Village for the first time with a friend who is celiac. They used extra precaution to ensure we had a wonderful, and safe visit. They have a dedicated fryer as well, so fries were a possibility for us :)Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food!

I LOVE this place!! As a vegetarian it's hard to find good burgers but the black bean burger here is great (and much larger than any other I've seen in restaurants). It's also a huge bonus that the food is organic and supports local farms. To top it all off, the customer service has been absolutely amazing every time from double checking orders and having the food made quickly to giving away complimentary desserts. Highly, highly recommended.
I've yet to have bad food nor bad service here. They consistently meet high expectations every time I go in no matter the time or day. Easily one of my favourite spots in the city .

Incredibly friendly owner/staff here. Always welcomes you when you walk in, and attentive service at your table make for a very welcoming experience. The food is good too! Chicken wings were great, the house salad was also really good (from scratch salad dressing that was so delicious). I’ve tried a few burgers here, but my favorite so far is their boar burger. Overall very good food and a nice alternative to fast food burgers as everything here is organic and meat is sourced locally. Some items are a bit expensive but overall it was good.

Was here the other night with my family and we loved it! Great food, great looking place, clean, and friendly service! Very cool selection for burgers (I had a black bean and my wife the lamb) and I can't wait to come back and try more (the classic fries are also to die for). This is a great little business that I believe needs peoples support as there was no on inside during dinner time. Loved this place and I hope it doesn't become a victim to the pandemic. Will be back again and again as long as they can stay afloat during these difficult times.

Very good service and there are a lot of choices of burgers - interesting meats, many toppings, vegan options too. The staff are very attentive. I found that the beef burger I had was a little dry but it was good otherwise. I did find the menu slightly confusing, especially because you get the burger and fries for a price and then can choose certain topping combos for extra money, but the bottom of the menu lists all the "free toppings". Someone else tried the salmon burger and absolutely loved it. I loved the Cajun fries. Thanks for the great dinner!

Amazing vegan burgers! The ingredients were fresh and local, and the cajun fries and coleslaw were a hit. My dad and I are both vegetarians and it can be hard to find a good veggie burger, but Burger Village definitely delivered! The staff are also very friendly. We dined in and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best dining experience. Coming back here for sure!
