Buster's Pizza & Donair

I'm not crazy about their pizza but that's not why I'm here. I'm here because of their donairs. Uber eats accidentally left somebody's meal in front of my door probably the right door but wrong building so I wasn't going to say anything. When I got into the kitchen it was already getting cold so I threw it into the ninja to warm it up and damn it that was the best donor I ever ate spicy flavorful the pita was fresh. Good job

We tried their paneer cheese pizza. Portion size was okay. It wasn’t very flavourful. Overall very average experience.

I had such a great experience at Buster’s Pizza that I had to leave a review! Best Busters in the city. Hands down. Ive been to them all. Whatever they do here, keep doing it ! I come here repeatedly and frequent the others as I'm in different ends of the city. They don't compare. Only this location. Worth the drive 💪

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE – RUDE, UNHYGIENIC, AND A COMPLETE SCAM!

I have NEVER experienced such disgusting behavior from a business in my life! My husband went to pick up our order, and not only was the staff unbelievably rude, but they also insulted and abused him for simply asking for the order as we had requested. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the worker started yelling and cursing, saying, “Take it or throw it, we don’t care,” and even had the audacity to say, “You are not a customer to us!”

And guess what? The OWNER was just as bad—rather than correcting his employee’s horrible behavior, he joined in! He mocked my husband, laughed in his face, and refused to fix the order or even issue a refund! So not only do they treat customers like garbage, but they’re also running a scam by taking people’s money and refusing to give it back when they don’t deliver what was promised.

As if that wasn’t enough, their food preparation is absolutely disgusting. My husband saw the worker making pizzas WITH HIS BARE HANDS, NO GLOVES, touching everything without a care for hygiene! It makes you wonder what else goes on in their kitchen—this place is a health hazard waiting to happen.

This business is a COMPLETE JOKE—rude staff, an arrogant owner, zero customer service, and absolutely no hygiene standards. They steal your money and treat you like trash. If you care about your health and your dignity, STAY FAR AWAY!

DISGUSTING FOOD & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE! Not only was the customer service the worst I’ve ever experienced, but the food handling was completely unhygienic. I watched the worker making pizzas WITHOUT GLOVES, touching all the ingredients with bare hands—who knows how unsanitary their kitchen is! It was honestly disgusting to see.

When I simply asked for my order the way I requested, the worker and the OWNER refused to fulfill it, acting like I was the problem. Instead of providing any kind of service, they straight-up ABUSED me, saying, “If you want the order, take it, otherwise throw it.” They even told me, “You are not a customer to us!” What kind of business talks to paying customers like that?!

The arrogance and rudeness of this place are beyond belief. They clearly have NO respect for customers and NO standards for food safety. If you care about basic hygiene, respect, and decent service, STAY FAR AWAY from this place! This business doesn’t deserve a single penny from anyone.

Last night I was craving a sauceyyy wrap really badly so I ordered a donair and mentioned that I would like sauce extra sauces names I even wrote down. SADLY there was no sauce it was dry literally hard to down my throat. Very disappointed with the girl that made my donair wrap while talking on the phone the entire time. It was awful!! Couldn't go pass 3 bites untill I drank water with it.

Awful location! Sizzling chicken ranch had NO SIZZLING, chicken is burnt. Hot buffalo chicken wings barely had buffalo sauce added!

worst pizza i have ever had in my entire life, i ordered the butter chicken pizza and the chicken was dark gray and tasted horrible, made me so sick? this was so disgusting. i would never feed a dog this.

Was hesistant to try a new pizza place but really glad I did. The pizza showed up on time and was delicious. Lots of toppings and tasted fantastic! I’ll be ordering from Busters from now on. Beats PANAGO all day!
