Asked them to remake my pizza thin as I had asked before, got the replacement and it was doughy regular crust the same as before. If you can't do thin crust, just say you can't.

We waited over 2 hours for our delivery and had to call twice. Ordered online waited the 40 mins, to see an email that said order cancelled. We called the store to re order and they said they had a glitch but was on its way. Called again half an hour later and they still hadn't sent it out yet. Once it finally arrived the pizza was not hot, thankfully it tasted good as I was past the point of hungry.

I ordered online at 11am which is when they open, arrived at 11:15am.. told to wait until 11:30... waited until 11:35am for them to get their equipment ready. ..... just pay staff to come at 10:30 so this is not an issue... wasted my lunch break ? waiting... Food is good and tasty and atmosphere is clean..
Not worth the wait. If you want to eat come after 12 pm since staff is not prepared. Disclaimer if I wasn't starving I would be nicer with this review but 35min for a donair and fries is a long time

Ordered on June 15 paid for a medium Buffalo pizza the green peppers were so small you could barely see them the worst was the dough was so doughy it was gross ?

Ordered the mix-and-match deal for $37.99 and am so glad we did. My 2 adult sons and I are currently on a budget as they just started working full-time this week. I was late going to get pizza as promised so they were "starving," when I walked in the door with 3 pizzas and an order of teriyaki wings. This is our first-ever experience with Buster's. Highly recommend the Hawaiian! So good. The boys liked the pepperoni and mushroom, but the chicken with banana peppers was their favorite. And kudos on the wings my son (who is a cook) says! Still have enough left over for 2 lunches! Very friendly service & staff - thank you!!

Google says the hours were updated a week ago, but when I went to order at 10pm on a Wednesday the folks at the counter told us to leave because they were closed. The hours were not posted visibly on any doors or windows.

This is better pizza then the other major chains downtown.. even though they messed up my order and forgot my mushrooms the pizza is always good and hot wings are. I like you dont have to order extra cheese ever. Perfect

Ordered pizza on new years day and was sent pizza, garlic fingers and Buster's bites ALL NOT FULLY COOKED. you can see me holding the huge glob of raw dough I pulled out of my mouth. Pizza crust doesn't stretch like that or look like that, and fully cooked bread does not look translucent. Worst part is couldn't even have a good new years dinner and I also swallowed raw dough which in return upset my stomach. Super disappointing
