Delicious food, well made! And they really actually understand food allergies. I am a celiac and it is one of the only places in Edmonton I truly feel safe eating at. Thank you Cafe Mosaics!

I’m not even vegetarian and this was one of my regular locations in University! Delicious vegan sausage. It’s a bit of a ways down Whyte is the only thing

This café is great for their smoothies and teas—they’re definitely worth trying. However, I had a chocolate brownie that was a bit dense and not as soft as I expected.

Cafe Mosaics is a gem—cozy vibe, friendly staff, and a menu full of creative plant-based options. I got the nachos and they seriously impressed me. Super flavourful, loaded just right, and totally satisfying without feeling heavy. Service was a bit slow during the dinner rush, but everyone was kind and the food made it worth the wait. Great spot whether you’re vegan or not. Definitely a 4.5 star experience!

Nice selection of apps, main courses and desserts. Located on Whyte Ave and it’s not too far from the university. The wings are 2/5. Dry and mediocre The nachos are 5/5- very tasty The curry with vegan sausage is 4/5. The restaurant is vegetarian but everything can be made vegan.

First time here and I LOVED it! I’m not even vegan but tried out “the against all grain Benny” (which tbf isn’t I guess completely vegan with a poached egg but you have an option to get tofu instead). The hollandaise and siracha maple syrup on the brussel sprouts was chefs kiss! Also the carrot cupcake latte was amazing and better than most flavoured lattes I’ve had in most coffee shops. Also great service and music! They also have such fun matcha combinations that I’m looking forward to trying - will definitely be back to try our more!

There were 2 adults and 2 5-year-old children. The service started out ok as the restaurant was not busy, but as tables filled on the Saturday before Mother's Day the service started to dwindle. Once our food arrived our server was MIA for the remainder. I had to go up to the bar to give them dirty dishes. The server never came back to clear anything. I had to ask another server for our bill.

Went two days in a row and got the Benny and Brussel sprouts one day, and the burger the other day. The Brussel sprouts are incredible, but I’d recommend the burger over the Benny. It had this excellent cheese in it. They have a great menu with fast service and nice ambience.

Cafe Mosaics is always a favourite for the University of Alberta; booking is always smooth, and the reviews from attendees are generous and positive. Furthermore, it just gives great peace of mind that they accommodate so many dietary restrictions with their menu; everyone who I send there feels welcome and cared for.

Had the vegan Bennies. Really good hollandaise but luved the pumpkin addition to the shredded hash browns and the maple brussers were def the star of the show! 💫

Delicious food in a cute little space

This is a sneaky location. The signage is not very noticable. You'll drive by it easily but once your inside you won't forget the experience. As a person who eats chicken, beef and fish I didn't know what expect with a full vegetable menu. Everything I tried had so much flavor, great portions and I felt great after. If I have to pick one dish it's the curry bowl ?. The service was spectacular as the space is allows for the staff to attend to the patrons easily. This is easily one of my favorite spots to eat. The vibe is really inviting and uplifting
