As a vegan, loveeddd their food. More concerned about the sole overworked server who was managing never ending calls, while also attending to table/guests throughout the entire cafe, communicating orders with the kitchen, and cleaning. Ya'll need another server up there, one person cannot be taking on that rush. 😬😬😬

I eat here at least once a week! It’s super close to the university and is always great!

Cafe Mosaics is a decent spot if you want to switch things up around Whyte Ave. The space has a cozy and laid back feel, though the design does feel a bit dated. The big windows help bring in good natural light, so it is still a comfortable place to sit and relax for a while.

Service is okay and the overall experience is pretty straightforward. The food is good and the brunch options stood out the most for me. Coffee is average, nothing bad but nothing especially memorable either. It is the kind of place you go when you want something easy and low key without big crowds.

Overall, it is worth a try if you have already been to most of the cafes in the area and want a calm, relaxed spot to spend some time.

I just love this place so much. I get the monkey hot pot every time as I crave it and everytime I go in I get treated so well. All the staff is so kind and welcoming. The soup is always consistent and hits the spot everytime! I can’t wait to go back again! Also, the vegan gluten free brownie is FIRE!! Great recommendation from a staff member!

Safe for coeliacs. Lots of gluten free options, clear allergy information, and everything we ordered was delicious. Thank you very much ❤️🤍

A delicious Sunday brunch for four, we ordered all vegan options. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. The portions of the full sized bowls were quite generous and the smaller bowl was just right with a salad. The ambiance was very calm and staff were attentive and professional. Will absolutely return.

Had lunch with my daughter here today. Super cute place, nice atmosphere. Healthy food choices. My daughter had one of the bowls and it was delicious. I needed a gluten free meal and was impressed with the number of options, including fries!! However… although the menu indicates GF, the server informed me that they are cooked in a shared fryer. Well that was disappointing. Memo to the owner/chef. Do NOT say it’s gluten free/friendly if it’s cooked in oil used for gluten ingredients. It’s absolutely NOT gluten free. Either take the gf off the menu or… better yet… get a dedicated fryer. You have no idea how happy that makes us celiacs!
I at least had the option to have the hash browns which were good. I was also served the Caesar salad by mistake instead of the garden salad. I ate it anyways. Did not like the vegan Cesar dressing.
I would go back again, but I’d get the bowl next time.

They got almost every detail of the order wrong, brought water and cutlery late. Matcha is small, grainy, overpriced and bland. ($7) It also took 20 minutes to get it (and the water as well) Asked for a burger without vegan cheese, without sauce with fries, they brought a burger with vegan cheese , sauce and hashbrowns. The ceaser salad was a small bowl of spinach with some dressing on top. The “vegan wings” were basically store bought vegan nuggets. It was Friday night and there was one server.

Super crappy and so expensive. Wouldn’t recommend you come here. Friends and Neighbours next door is a much better vegan option.

Such excellent breakfast foods at the prices we paid. We ordered the Light Breakfast and the Jackfruit Tostadas. Both were delicious!

The environment was very nice. The music was moderate, but conversation was very easy, both talking and hearing.

One of my favourite places to go in the city for vegan food, and easy when going with non-vegan friends. Been going for years and always had great service. Friendly staff. The drinks are fantastic too ! Special shout out to Morgan. Thanks for the excellent service. PS you totally look like Margaret Qualley.

Good vegetarian and vegan food. Close enough to the u of a hospital that you can get a decent meal after the trash found in and around the hospital.

Food didn't have any flavor and was bland, just tasted like beans. My friend ordered the Benny and requested eggs medium, but they came out basically hard boiled.
Server didn't come back for nearly 30mins and didn't notice we hardly touched our food.
The table next to us found like a piece of tile in their food and they weren't even offered a new dish.
It was really weird.
It used to be so good, but today was really bad.
