Cafe Mosaics is a gem—cozy vibe, friendly staff, and a menu full of creative plant-based options. I got the nachos and they seriously impressed me. Super flavourful, loaded just right, and totally satisfying without feeling heavy. Service was a bit slow during the dinner rush, but everyone was kind and the food made it worth the wait. Great spot whether you’re vegan or not. Definitely a 4.5 star experience!
Nice selection of apps, main courses and desserts. Located on Whyte Ave and it’s not too far from the university.
The wings are 2/5. Dry and mediocre
The nachos are 5/5- very tasty
The curry with vegan sausage is 4/5.
The restaurant is vegetarian but everything can be made vegan.
