Wonderful atmosphere. Sipping the coffee here makes me feel so cozy. I usually come by to study and do some work on my laptop. The tables are very unique and have a very calm vibe.

Decent coffee. Nice atmosphere. Annoying being told where I must sit. Signs declaring you must buy something per person every 3-hours to stay are basically the coffee‑shop version of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld—“No seat for you!” The ultra‑low back chairs are aesthetically pleasing, but god awful to sit in for more than five minutes. If the 3‑hour purchase rule doesn’t chase you out, the chairs will finish the job. I eventually surrendered and limped over to Starbucks in the mall—sure, the coffee isn’t as good, but if I’d stayed any longer here I’d have been checking into the hospital instead.

My wife and I We went around 7pm, and it wasn't busy, but we were standing for 10 minutes a worker came out on the phone with someone, didn't greet or apologize for waiting. Because of that interaction we left. The placed looked amazing, but the service was terrible!

I was disappointed with my experiences here. The drinks are overpriced, and it seems as though the cafe itself has an odd, off-putting smell when you walk in the doors. I do not plan on coming back.

Absolutely adorable place kind of out of the way of your regular hustle and bustle by the mall. Very cozy and inviting decor. Dessert selection was vast and so tasty. Service was quick and accurate. Drinks were awesome. Not bothered at all, very much get your own little world vibes. Recommend!

I’ve been to this cafe, many many times. Never had a problem with the staff, quite hospitable. The Food is the right portion for us, including your drinks as well. My girlfriend, highly recommend a truffle, and I recommend the red velvet With l mocha. The place has great ambiance very good for first dates second date third date fourth date all that. But at the end of the day. This place is a hidden gem.

I went to this coffee shop tonight and ordered a hot chocolate. The lady working there was extremely rude, as always. It’s not just this time — every time I’ve been here, she’s been so mean and talks to customers with such a horrible attitude.
This time was the worst. I ordered a hot chocolate, and she gave me one that was barely warm. When I asked her to make a new one, she didn’t even bother — she took the same cup, put it in the microwave, and brought it back to me ! she got even ruder, gave me my money back, and told me to leave.
She clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. Her attitude is disgusting, and the way she talks to people is completely unprofessional. Honestly, I’m done going there. If you want decent service and to be treated with respect, avoid this place completely.

Everything is good except for the food. The affogato didn’t have enough gelato or had too much espresso. The cake and peppermint mocha were ok but not worth the price. The vibe at this place is good, but there is a weird dirty smell, want to say the toilet was broken or something.

Cake & Dessert Café is a nice, cozy spot with a calm vibe. The coffee was just okay, but the cake slices were really good and definitely worth trying. One thing I really liked is that they’re open until late — perfect for late-night dessert cravings. A relaxed place to unwind with something sweet. 🍰☕✨
