Cute and cozy cafe but the service is really slow. We waited a long time for a clean table and our order took forever. Dessert is pretty expensive too.

Came in to the cafe to sit with my friend and order a drink. Didn’t even sit down for longer than 2 minutes and the employee came up to me asking “Do you want to stay here?” Treating me as though I’m not going to buy something. Don’t even want to make a purchase anymore…
We ordered 2 desert. The honey bread is good and macha shaved ice is very good as well. Staffs are friendly but i think the price is a bit high. Otherwise is great place to go to

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and helpful. I accidentally messed up my order and they fixed it for me with no extra charge. I really appreciated that.

Taste is not good at all. Too pricey. The corner table was reserved. My wife cover up due to her faith. But they didnt let us sit there even for 15 mins stay. Although nobody showed up while we were there. I have seen reserved, and usually after request they let us seat with a condition when the guest come we have to leave and we were fine by that. But that wasnt the case. Didnt like the strawberry latter (no caffeine) and iced late at all. Mango bingshu wasnt good at all comparing with the price.
If i am not worng, its a family owned business and the daughters or the grand daughters were SUPER nice. They greet us and even talk with my 22 months old.

Servers are great but the owner has bad attitude.
I frequent this cafe before but the recent experience with the owner was not so great. I ordered one mocha and one bingsu to share with my kid. Asked one additional bowl for sharing the bingsu. The server would always gladly provide the extra bowl. This recent visit, the owner responded that they do not offer extra spoon and bowl for sharing.
I always order multiple items for myself and my child. I guess spending $20-25 for two people is not enough for the owner to clean an extra bowl and spoon.

Located close to WEM, it is a spacious, pleasant and intimate place for conversation with friends.
The coffee and cake tasted pretty good, the price and the atmosphere were good, there is a clear reason to visit again.

Best cafe Ive been to! Owner was a such a nice person! Store was clean and aesthetically! Easily the best spot at yeg.
I'm disappointed in this cafe after visiting twice. The customer service is absent. The latest time I was there, the cafe was empty except for two tables, but they didn't allow me to sit at the table I wished for because I was alone. Overpriced and not delicious, do not recommend to anyone
