Jordan was our server tonight and she was great! We didn't have to wait or ask for anything.

You can never go wrong at a Canadian Brewhouse. Decent food, atmosphere and staff. Many TV's!

Great place for a night out to watch a hockey game or ufc fight. I just had my birthday there and I got some great deals! Just make sure to download their app and they will take care of you!

Probably our own fault; we had to move tables, and in the process had a number of servers. Just went for a bite to eat, not to watch a game & it wasn't particularly busy, but food for our table of 7 didn't come out together; one guest finished his meal (to avoid it getting cold) before another's finally arrived. Flagged someone down for drink refills, & waited over 1/2 hour before finally going up to the bar to request our bill. Some food we'd ordered didn't even get delivered but we were charged for it! First trip to this location and all in all, sadly not the best experience.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but tonight was beyond frustrating.

• Our server, Chelsea, was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable.
• To make matters worse, I wasn’t even allowed to order from the regular menu because they had some “event” going on. That’s absolutely ridiculous—if you’re running a restaurant, customers should always have access to the standard menu.
• The whole experience felt unwelcoming, disorganized, and frankly insulting.
I came expecting a good night out and instead left annoyed and disappointed. If this is how The Canadian Brewhouse treats paying customers, I won’t be coming back.

Edit: I did reach out to the supervisor on shift that day and he still declined me when I asked. So what more do you want. Why offer a menu? 🤷🏻

Food was delicious. Despite sitting in an area where it said order at bar a server greeted us. Service was awesome and an enjoyable family night out.. Love the Canadian Brewhouse.

This place is the best! Cass and Pam are by far the best thing that has ever happened to the hospitality industry! They deserve a raise and this place deserves a medal. Coming back again, and bringing others.
