Our experience was great! Food was excellent and the service by Lindsay was amazing. Would definitely recommend this location!
We had asked for a table for 10. They had 2 tables not together in the loudest part with screaming kids . We moved tables and it was much better. Waitress was awesome Not happy with booking a table for 10 and not having one for us and just acting like what ever ...
Our server was great. And the food was delicious as usual. We tried the salt and pepper wings Tasty We felt the music was a bit too loud to visit though.
We thought evening started good but we had to wait for 20 min to setup a table for us though we booked 2 days in advance, server called manager to tell us that booking was received but not processed AM NOT SURE IF THAT WAS A JOKE OR THEY TRIED TO SAY SOMETHING!!
we were group of 7 that ordered alot of drink but no after weather it was a glass of water, first drink or tenth, food or drinks everything we ordered too minimum 20 minutes!!! In the beginning it was not super busy IT TOOM LONG, when was busy IT TOOK LONG, at the very end with couple tables still IT TOOK LONG.
we paid +$600 but service was substandard by far.

I came in today with my family and we had an excellent experience. The place was packed (especially for a Sunday) and it looked like there was an event going on in Windermere that drove a lot of traffic—we had attended it too. Even with how busy it was, the team at the Brewhouse really impressed us.
The bartender was pouring nonstop and still turning out excellent drinks. Our server, Cass, was attentive, friendly, and on point from start to finish. The manager, Tristan, was everywhere—chatting with guests, clearing glasses, and helping staff whenever needed. At one point, we had an issue with our order (our mistake for not asking about an ingredient), but Tristan jumped in right away, handled it with professionalism, and made sure we were taken care of.
Yes, the wait times were longer than usual, but honestly, that’s expected on a day this busy. What stood out was how hard the whole team worked and how smoothly things still ran.
Big shoutout to Sterlyng behind the bar for the great drinks, Tristan for going above and beyond, and Cass for her excellent service. We’ll definitely be recommending this Brewhouse to friends and family!
Waiting an hour and a half for ICE COLD food, having to send the ICE COLD food back and a manager who not only argues, but RAISES their voice at a customer!! How incredibly dissapointing, save your time and your money this place is NOT WORTH IT!
Earlier tonight (sept/14/2025), family and I had to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for our food, and if that was not bad enough it was ICE COLD! Not even room temperature, but ICE COLD to the point where we had to send our food back, and cancel some of our orders since it was completely unacceptable and inedible. Since when did restaurants decide to stop having standards, a freshly cooked, piping hot meal is the BARE MINIMUM. Every single plate we received was also ice cold to the touch, automatically indicating that our food was completely neglected, tossed to the side and was not under the hot plate. The only reason why my mother and brother had a couple small bites of the sad, pitiful food they ordered was because they needed to for medical reason.
When our bill came out, my family and I discovered that we were expected to pay full price for all of the ice cold, inedible food that they deemed was completely acceptable to serve us. We had our waitress bring the manager (swooped back brunett hair, stubble on his face, glasses, wearing an adidas sports polo tucked into was looked like a pair of golf slacks) over to our table. After talking to him, he finally decided to cover one of the ice cold miserable pizzas and provide a small discount of 10%.
The manager then asked us if we could provide feedback on our experience. My mother went on to politely explain how we understand that things happen and would not have minded the hour and a half wait if we had gotten fresh piping hot food. Instead of hearing possible solutions to make improvements so no one else had to go through the same dreadfull experience, we got told by him that he is not here to argue with us, that it was not his fault, it was the kitchens, and that he can't make the food cook any faster. Does he not communicate or interact with the kitchen staff? We then told him that after checking on our food like he stated he was going to do, we would have appreciated him coming back to our table to provide an update on the situation. He once again stated that it is not his fault but the kitchens, that he is not here to argue with us, BUT THEN LATER RAISES HIS VOICE AND ARGUES WITH MY MOTHER IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He yelled that they had done more than enough for us and there was nothing else they can do for us, then after paying for the bill and we are about to leave says that if we decide to come back and he is working he will try to make it a better experience for us? How brave and bold of him to assume that we would come back, especially after how he treated and got vocal with my mother in front of other customers.
For us to even consider coming back and giving the Brewhouse another chance, there would need to be a change in management/leadership, in addition to the quality of food and efficient service.

I've been here plenty of times before when it has been busier and had better service and food. Had to ask other servers passing by for drink refills and such. Food came out cold and the appetizer was brought out after most of us had finished our meals. Not a great experience at all.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to an event that was sponsored by Brewhouse and Pet Planet. We assumed the patio would be open to dogs as the invite was called Burgers and dogs. They were serving burgers for $20!!!!! In the park. So we thought may as well sit in the restaurant patio rather than finding a piece of grass to eat our $20 burger with all the dogs. They didn’t have the dog friendly patio open!!!! It was such a bad and disappointing move. The staff did not care at all. Pet Planet did an amazing job I will say that but Brewhouse you blew it.
Very hit n miss place. Usually there for wings on Wednesdays 1 week food and service will be great then next week totally different experience

Brisket grilled cheese was very dry. We were served the Cobb salad without dressing. After 10 minutes we finally got the dressing and it was a small to go container that was not enough for a meal size salad.
The tvs were so loud we had to sit outside so we could talk without yelling.
