These guys are super slow you go at lunch time for a slice of pizza it’s not ready they say 5-10 mins it’s already lunch time then you come back 20 mins later they only made one pizza for slices already sold out other than that the pizza is good but too slow

Ordered thru skip the dishes for the first time.
One of the worst pizza i ever tried. Minimum ingredients minimum love in the food for an average price.very disappointed.

ordered a cheese pizza, pizza lacked cheese. dough itself is bland and has no taste, sauce is nice it has a sweet taste to balence out the bitterness. it’s not the worst pizza, but not the worlds best pizza either. i would rather come here then pizza hut or dominos, and to be honest, you get what you pay for. it’s a decent pizza.

An average pizza experience. Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza for pick up. I arrived in the given time. When I got home (4 blocks away) my pizza was cold. And I found that they gave me 2 pepperoni pizzas, not what I ordered. With so many pizza spots in the area I will probably try elsewhere before ordering again

Tried to order the Try Triple for $64.99 online yesterday for my birthday. The order wouldn't go through. So I called the store and ordered over the phone, except the person taking the order said that the Try Triple is for pick up only. Then they called back 10 minutes later and said the Try Triple doesn't exist and I'd have to go with the Try Unlimited for $94.97! So after explaining that the Try Triple is on their website for $64.99, and even bringing my phone to their location to show them, I was only offered a 10% discount on the Try Unlimited. And I still had to leave my birthday party to pick it up. The pizza was good, but why is the Try Triple for $64.99 on their website if they won't honor it?? Probably not going back since their website seems to be unreliable.

Ordered 36 wings and half of it was half-cooked, my kids were disgusted 🤮 (bloody inside). Called the store, and the worker mentioned that someone will call me back and that I should be compensated. Waited for the call for over a week and no one reaches out to me.

I'm extremely disappointed.

I was very excited to learn that a CPU had opened near me, as I used to order from CPU all the time when I lived in Calgary. I've been ordering from this location quite often. Every time I have a family gathering or game night, I order from here. I've told many friends and family members about this place.

A couple nights ago, I ordered a bunch of pizzas and wings in advance, for them to be delivered at the same time my guests arrive. I ordered from the website, paid in advance, tipped the driver 15% on a $150+ order, and did not select the "contactless delivery option.

The food was supposed to be delivered at 7:45. At 7:55, with a house full of guests, the food had not arrived. My doorbell did not ring, no knock at the door, no text confirmation, nothing. I called the store to make sure my order had been sent out, and the person who answered the phone simply said "yeah it's on it's way" and hung up in my face, without even asking my name or what the order was.

Then, a late guest arrived at about 8:05-8:10, which is when we realized that our pizzas were all sitting outside in the rain. In what world is that an acceptable way to deliver pizzas, especially after having been tipped handsomely. Not even a ring of the doorbell?

This is a complete lack of respect for the food and for the customer.

Between the drivers incompetence and the poor customer service when I called, I will sadly be looking for another local spot to replace these guys as my go-to pizza spot.
