It is hard to imagine we have such a hidden gem in Edmonton. Having moved from Europe I missed the decadence of authentic Italian pastries. Canova's quality and attention to detail is second to none, especially from what I have seen in North America; their standards rival the pastry chefs in Roma not Edmonton. Thank you for your amazing artistry!

I've been there twice now, in the last 5 days and I'm still astonished. Their pastries are unreal. It's a little bit of home, away from home! Love it!
Can't wait to try everything else they make!
