They have really good donairs, the meat if flavourful, and their sweet sauce is one of the best.

The owner is also really nice as well. If you order from their website, you get 10% off. It always comes fresh, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

I don’t know what happened to this place overnight. I had such a great experience via uber eats on Friday, hence I ordered today on Sunday, September 7th and even tipped the restaurant in addition to uber driver. Big regrets! Where do I start? The pricing changed - now there are extra fees for most of the fixings (were not there a day before yesterday!), my only request was extra onions and for that I suddenly was charged almost $2! the restaurant adjusted the cost! That NEVER EVER HAPPENED BEFORE! The taste was mediocre compared to Friday. Packaging was messy, donair cover was stapled to the bag and it fell apart cuz of it! There was no receipt stapled to the bag! There were greasy fingerprints all over the bag - hopefully no one touched MY food with same hand they touched the bag! Donair sauce was watered down! What is happening? I have been ordering from that place for years, but what happened today, a day before my birthday, is unacceptable!

Highly recommend to try the platters and wraps! I’ve been coming here for more than a year and consistently receive amazing service from Harsh and Sonia. The food is delicious. I always get the chicken Shawarma with all the toppings and I’ve never been let down!

Absolutely love this place! Captain Shawarma and Donair in the west offers amazing service and even better food. The chicken shawarma is full of flavor—juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly wrapped. The beef donair is equally awesome—tender and delicious with just the right amount of sauce. Staff are friendly and quick. Highly recommend if you're craving quality shawarma or donair!

I visited there today July 22 ,2025 and ordered chicken shewarma sub and the lady with covered hijab give me cold fried chicken not fresh at all, I have stomach pain, the worst place ever I had disgusting.

Ordered off skip the other night and was pleasantly surprised! The donair was loaded with meat and tasted amazing! Definitely will be ordering from there again
