“Had a wonderful experience here. The owner/chef was so personable and explained flavour profiles while serving. Food was authentic and was an abundant serving. Also, when we couldn't choose between Oxtail and Jerk Chicken, she offered a combo for a very reasonable upcharge. 10/10. Will be back!“

“After years of walking past Saffron in Stadium Plaza, I finally stepped inside today — and what a discovery. The space has transformed under the new ownership, with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a Bob Marley spirit that gives the room a relaxed, soulful energy. My photos don’t capture how vibrant and welcoming it truly feels.
I ordered the snapper fish meal and it was excellent and huge portion— fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care.
Today happened to be their last day before the owner takes a well‑deserved break, and they’ll reopen on January 13. When he returns, the dine‑in area is fully set up with new furniture, ready for people to sit down and enjoy the food in this beautiful space.
Saffron is a gem in the Stadium neighbourhood — authentic, community‑minded, and full of heart. I’m grateful I finally stepped inside, and I’m already looking forward to returning when they reopen.“

“Yardie Sweet Spot is hands down one of the best Caribbean restaurants in Edmonton! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with real love. The jerk chicken is perfectly seasoned with just the right kick, the oxtail is tender and rich, and the rice and peas is cooked to perfection every single time. You can taste the authenticity in every bite.
The portions are generous, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the quality never disappoints.
