One of the front staff was rude and dismissive when I asked about being overcharged despite showing a coupon. No explanation and no respect. They don’t honor deals. Avoid this place.

Service and staff are great. Their Tamarack location is very nice. The place is clean + organized and designed well. They also have tissue papers on the tables which is not provided on the other location. Their burgers, poutine, and milkshakes are really good.

Stopped for the first time a Carl's Junior in Red Deer because of a sign saying 15% off with a Costco card. That's all the sign said. When we were ready to pay, there was NO discount. They said the discount did not apply to our order. Food was good but I won't go back.

I love this place. The Angus burgers are amazing and the bacon ranch poutine plus they have CHERRY COKE!!!!
Carl’s Jr. is probably the one of the most slept on fast food burger restaurants, and more importantly, this location. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh and hot, the service is always friendly and the dining room is always clean. We got two Carls burger combos and a chicken strip combo and they were great. Strips, burgers and fries were all made to order. The soda selection is the best in the business. 10/10 would recommend Great job to the whole team here!

Charging $0.25 for a side of 12g mayonnaise is terrible for any fast food place. Plenty of other options in the area that happily give you a side of mayo for our fries for free.
