First time to try Carl’s and was not familiar with their hours of operation. Male employee need to learn some customer service. Should have politely explain about their dining hours. He can’t wait to get us out of the restaurant.

Absolutely disappointing experience. The person in the front did not know how to understand English and the communication was really weak. I came to order 2 sandwiches, one chicken and one veggie. The chicken sandwich was lazy work done by the cook and the veggie patty was burnt around the edges. It was my first time at this location and probably my last.
