I ordered a family pack, which comes with four burgers. One of the burgers, the famous burger, did not come with a patty. I called the store and explained the situation to the lady, providing her with my order# and phone#. She said she would call back later, but she never did. It is unacceptable that they could not resolve the issue in a timely manner.

While I was eating the burger, I felt something hard, and then I saw plastic. It was very disappointing because it was the best burger in town (when it came to taste), and then this happened.
I hope the management will be more cautious when preparing food.

Update: Went last night and was served raw bacon on our chicken burgers, completely disgusting and waste of money.
It really depends on who is working, most of the staff needs their hands held and will always mess up the order unless the manager is there to ring you through.

You be impatient with people and expect them to order when first walking up to the counter. Give them a minute or two to look at the menu! The place was empty and I went with my daughter and husband, and the staff seemed irritated we didn't know what we were going to order immediately. Give us a minute!
I ordered beyond meat burger and waffle fries, which was delicious.
My husband was very disappointed in his burger, throat patty looked like boiled meat. Menu photos have grill marks on the burgers but that's definitely not how the server them.
The manager afterwards came and took our tray when we were half done eating and asked for us to leave a Google review.
