Obviously we all go to Carls for their great burgers. But it’s the service at this location that keeps me coming back. Hiya, the young lady that usually takes my order in the drive through, is magnificent at her job! Pleasant. Professional. She has an actual genuine concern for providing proper customer service. The service was amazing. During the meal, they came up to me and asked if I was happy with everything and if I needed anything else, sauce, etc. I was glad they had coffee. Thank you, everything was delicious. I recommend it.

Used the drive through. My kids usually complain about fast food burgers but will devour the Carls Burger every time. We’ve always had prompt and good service at this location, but this time Hiya was particularly exceptional! She was patient and very helpful with her recommendations.
