My package got delivered here and I’ve attempted pick up 3 times and the place is not open. Sign in the front says open, however nobody is inside and no one comes when you knock. I asked someone going into the building and they advised that they are not there often. Packages should NOT be dropped here. Phone number also does not ring through to a person.

Was supposed to collect packages but apparently the store isn’t open when it says it will be. Another review says the owner is in the hospital, which is very unfortunate and I hope they get better. I just wonder how they were able to receive packages from a UPS driver earlier today and not put a sign stating the inconvenience? Someone who appeared to live in the building said this is a common occurrence so it’s hard to know what’s really going on.

Dingy and dirty little store. They are NOT open until 5. They also are not a deli and I wouldn’t trust the small amount of groceries they offer. He charged me $25 for a pack of cigarettes that are $15 elsewhere. It’s a shame UPS allows this store to represent their company.

As a UPS Access point, this location has limited hours (10Am-4pm). When picking up my parcel (which I paid a UPS delivery fee for), the owner charged me another $5.25 for using his location for my delivery. When asked further about this fee, he told me I did not live in the building, I therefore had to pay the fee. Further he said that he did not consent for me to use his UPS delivery location. When I followed up with UPS, one customer service rep said that this was not normal, another customer service rep said that private entities may have their own policy and procedures with receiving parcels. I get the feeling that not everyone who writes these reviews gets charged extra.
