As a UPS Access point, this location has limited hours (10Am-4pm). When picking up my parcel (which I paid a UPS delivery fee for), the owner charged me another $5.25 for using his location for my delivery. When asked further about this fee, he told me I did not live in the building, I therefore had to pay the fee. Further he said that he did not consent for me to use his UPS delivery location. The owner Tony was amazing and super friendly. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful. He not only manages to make sure his store is well stocked with food but he also helps out with UPS deliveries and pickups.
Picked up numerous parcels that were dropped off at this location. Owner was extremely friendly and always asked if I needed any other items within the store. If you live within the area, I highly recommend shipping your parcels to this location for pickup.
