It's nice having a store nearby that isn't part of a big conglomerate, something that has a real neighborhood feel. Tony, the proprietor, is a super personable fellow, and I always end up chatting whenever I get something from here. A great little shop, and one I'm more than happy to support.
I came here to pick up a UPS parcel that had been delivered to this location. I was greeted by Tony, who works here, and he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Even though I was just here to grab a package, his customer service really stood out. He went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and pleasant.

Carlton is a great addition to our wonderful downtown neighbourhood and Tony and his team are exceptional. Tony stuck around after closing time a few days ago so that we could come by and pickup a package that we were expecting. Greatly appreciated and rare these days to get that kind of service.
