location was clean and staff were friendly.
It definitely felt crowded.
There were a lot more children than i expected, so it was loud and felt a bit hectic, not the vibe you would expect from a cafe.
unfortunately, most cats were asleep for the entire hour we were there, so we didn’t get much out of the experience.

First impressions are not great. The place looks very run down. As you step in and head to the front counter, you're greeted with an overwhelming smell of cat diarrhea.
They told us the place was booked for the next several days for various kids events and that you need reservations to come by. *EDIT: To clarify, we had to book a slot for later in the day, not days later. My mistake. The place still had many bookings during that time over the next week* I've been to a lot of cat cafes around the world, have never been told you need reservations for one, so it was disappointing that you couldn't just walk in and enjoy a drink with cats like any other cat cafe. The price is also very high per person.
You're being told all of this with an extremely horrible feces smell. I have no idea how the workers were able to stand it. I completely lost my appetite for a potential drink and wouldn't bother coming back. The place is really shabby, gross, and overpriced. Very disappointing.
EDIT: To further clarify, this was close to a year ago that I had this experience. I only wrote a review for it now because I was annoyed that Edmonton doesn't have a great cat cafe like other cities.

5 stars for the cats. Drinks and board games aren't the focus here.

I came with my children across the city. nowhere is it written that you need to reserve tables. the workers didn't let me look at the cats even for 30 seconds. the children were very upset. although there were free places

Fun concept, drinks were amazing, and we enjoyed our visit. Of course the cats were so cute! Appreciate the need to limit kids in the space (no concerns) for the safety and comfort of the cats, I might wait to take my 5 yo again until she is older and can be upstairs where things seem a bit more comfortable.

i usually never write reviews, but today was my first time at a cat cafe and if you're looking for something to do in the city, this is it. the service is great, the cats are extremely sweet, and if you're considering trying a drink, i recommend the chai latte- my boyfriend who typically doesn't like drinking any tea's said it was pretty good and cinnamon-y. definitely going back again sometime.

Great drinks, lovely welcoming staff, and such a calming atmosphere!
A purr-fectly pawsome place to get a coffee and chill with cats.
Parking: Parking spots available in the back, they have a binder to record your license plate if you need to. I usually park in a nearby neighborhood and walk.
Kid-friendliness: Available to all ages, the upstairs area is for ages 7 and up only, which I think the cats truly appreciate

The cats are very calm. I had the strawberry açai refresher and it was not like I expected. It was sparkling and pretty watered-down. The baristas are nice and the environment seemed LGBTQ+ welcoming. I believe they had two or three kittens there. Most of the cats were sleeping but some were active; walking around, using the cat wheel, and climbing on the shelves. The price was around $17 per hour which included unlimited drinks. Socks are required when going into the cat lounge and if you don’t have any, they sell cat-themed ones for $3 a pair.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible. It was pretty cramped in there and there was an area of the cat lounge that required stairs to get to.

Great atmosphere, shockingly clean and great drinks and companions. I didn't think a place with 12 cats could be so fur free!
There is an entry fee but drinks are included. You need to wear socks! They do have some to buy if you forget.
