We recently used Sawmill Banquet & Catering Services for our buffet-style wedding dinner for 30 people, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Paul’s communication was flawless, prompt, clear, and professional. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they made the planning process completely stress-free. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly generous in portion size, we were expecting just enough for our group, but we ended up with plenty of leftovers, which everyone was thrilled about. It’s rare to find a catering service that provides both quality and quantity, but Sawmill absolutely delivered on both fronts. The team was amazing, friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. “A Cappella Catering has always been one of my favorites to work with as a wedding planner, but experiencing their service as a bride was beyond special. They provided a hot breakfast in the morning for our bridal party and a beautiful sandwich and wrap platter for lunch — both of which were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I especially want to thank Melissa, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish she was professional, responsive, and so kind. She made sure every detail was covered, from utensils and condiments with breakfast to carefully accommodating dietary needs at lunch. One of our guests required a gluten-free option, and they made sure it was wrapped separately and safely, which was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. On a day that was busy and emotional, A Cappella and Melissa made everything seamless and stress-free. Their food was incredible, their service outstanding, and their care meant the world to us. “Josh and his team brought the truck and catered for our daughter’s Sweet 16! Everyone from kids to seniors enjoyed the food. Food was made fresh to order and came out fast! Everything was so tasty. Awesome variety on the menu (large portions) and cost can’t be beat…super reasonable.

“This place is great! Food is hot and ready to go!! I had the steak fried rice and tuna salad for a nice big lunch on a Saturday. The staff are friendly and willing to answer questions and give recommendations. I also got an absolutely delicious fresh pressed juice, wow. Only 10 grams of sugar and it was SO good.

“Aya at Chappelle Kitchen was recommended to us from the venue we had opted to hold our event. When we reached out, she immediately embraced us and our celebration of life circumstances, and of course reviewed her menu items. We met at to sample her foods and were welcomed and encourage to make ourselves comfortable. When sampling Aya detailed all the dishes and we could taste the passion in each bite. It was an incredible experience. Over the next week we secured our menu then met at the venue later in the week. She walked us through the array of dishes, all the while sampling as we went. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. We had several gluten free diets amongst our guests and Aya managed to provide a nice selection that could accommodate everyone. Her spring rolls disappeared within minutes, her falafel are the best I have ever had, her hummus is like a comfort food, beautiful flavours and textures to compliment the service.“
