We recently used Sawmill Banquet & Catering Services for our buffet-style wedding dinner for 30 people, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Paul’s communication was flawless, prompt, clear, and professional. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they made the planning process completely stress-free. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly generous in portion size, we were expecting just enough for our group, but we ended up with plenty of leftovers, which everyone was thrilled about. It’s rare to find a catering service that provides both quality and quantity, but Sawmill absolutely delivered on both fronts. The team was amazing, friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. “On December 9th, 2025, the Grandmothers of Alberta for a New Generation (GANG) hired Food for Thought to cater our Christmas lunch. The food was absolutely delicious. There were two huge crock pots of soup that were hot and very tasty. And lots and lots of sandwiches. Everyone commented about the quality of the soup and the sandwiches. There were lovely trays of fruit. Overall, Food for Thought was an excellent choice for our Christmas lunch!

“Josh and his team brought the truck and catered for our daughter’s Sweet 16! Everyone from kids to seniors enjoyed the food. Food was made fresh to order and came out fast! Everything was so tasty. Awesome variety on the menu (large portions) and cost can’t be beat…super reasonable.
