this was one of the yummiest meal i’ve had in edmonton. we got the chips and dip, mackerel baguette and the salami & chèvre baguette to share. the cabin cloudbloom was good for an ale, we left a little tipsy!
Enjoyed cheese school on NYE. Lovely selection of cheeses and wines. The owner and host are enthusiastic and share their love and knowledge of both and make delicious pairings. Would recommend. Didn’t get the cheese advent calendar this year, but heard it was amazing!
Excellent date night spot. The server (who was one of the owners) was wonderful, taking lots of care and time to tell us all about the food and drinks we ordered. The selection of cheeses and meats on our boards were all so good, and the accompaniments all brought out different aspects of the flavours depending on what combination you went with. I'm excited to come back and try more. They only take walk ins and it's small tables only meant for 4 or less, so be mindful...
