I had an extremely disheartening experience with Century Hospitality Group. Initially, I was optimistic, but this quickly turned into disappointment due to multiple issues, primarily revolving around the management and ownership.Firstly, the interaction with the staff, particularly the specialty owner, was distressing. There was a notable lack of professionalism and courtesy, which I find unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The owner’s demeanor and approach to customer service were especially troubling. It felt as though genuine care and customer satisfaction were not priorities for them.Furthermore, upon further investigation, including reading numerous other one-star reviews and talking to other customers, I’ve realized that my experience was not an isolated incident. It appears there is a pattern of negative experiences shared by others, involving similar issues of unprofessionalism and poor management. These shared experiences have shed light on what seems to be a systemic issue within the group. It’s disconcerting to see such a consistent thread of dissatisfaction among customers, indicating a deeper problem with the organization’s culture and values.Given these revelations, my advice to potential customers is to seriously reconsider patronizing Century Hospitality Group. It’s important for consumers to support businesses that not only provide quality services but also treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Based on my personal experience and the corroborating accounts of others, I believe there are better options available that align more closely with these principles. In conclusion, my experience, along with the stories I’ve heard and reviews I’ve read, lead me to strongly discourage anyone from supporting this business. It’s not just about a single bad experience; it’s about a pattern of behavior that doesn’t meet the basic standards of hospitality and customer service.

I'm a big fan of the CHG restaurant group. As a resident of Edmonton I appreciate going to locally owned restaurants. They each are very unique but carry a very consistent standard throughout. Love their cocktails and love the vibe of them all!!! Definitely recommend!

Fresh Food Market ordered 12 piece fried chicken meal, poutine and chicken wings. Chicken overlooked, burned, no flavour - but it was crispy. 1lb chicken wings for $15 was 5 freshly hatched wings (anorexic) with no flavour - but the ranch dressing saved them. I will stick to the wings from the local pub. The 12$ poutine was good but the portion was small. Fries and gravy were good, the coleslaw was fresh but bland. To feed our family of 4 - I spent 75$ for great tasting fries. Could not even feed chicken to the dog in case he got the shitz. Hope their other food is better. First time / last time for us at this place.

Not a great showing last weekend @ Rebel. Hopefully the kinks get worked out because I'm looking forward to coming back soon!
