I really like this place, delicious food and wide range of dishes. I tried sandwiches, cesar salad and mac and cheese, all of these were tasty and fresh. One more benefit is the fact that you can order gluten-free options.

I really like this place, but the new bread might be the biggest fumble I've ever witnessed. Especially for some sandwiches

I love Chachi's the Clubbing its to die for. But the inside of the store was kinda gross, like there was salad all over the tables and the chairs were sticky.

My wife loves this place and I don’t mind tagging along :) sandwiches are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. No complaints at all
About this place.

Was actually super surprised when I paid the other day and wasn’t prompted for a tip I think that’s the first time I havent been asked for a tip in a long time. Never really Understood fast food places asking for a TIP.

Seating is forcibly trendy and uncomfortable. Pricing is the most they could possibly charge but I will keep coming back especially if I need a lunch quick.

It was my first visit today and I was very satisfied. The server was welcoming and helped me decide on a sandwich option - The Hot Philly. Her selection did not disappoint. My sandwich was fresh and tasty. The bread was so soft and perfect for the sandwich size. The Hot Philly was tasty, and the ice beverage was very refreshing. The restaurant was well lit and clean. I'll definitely be back.

Had the turkey, cranberry and dressing apple sandwich, it’s a great sandwich. I will recommend it and definitely eat it again. but found the carbonara Mac a little lacking and actually didn’t finish it and wouldn’t get it again. Amazing sandwich thou once again !

The BEST sandwich I ate in my life! You must try their Philly sandwich. Plus, their drinks are so original and so flavourful. Food is healthy as well. This is the most underrated restaurant in the whole city. You must try it!

Nothing but phenomenal, the food was wonderful and exceeded all my expectations, I routinely go to West Ed for my Chachi’s fix. Forever, you can tell that the employees place so much respect and importance in customer relations, not to mention this reflects in the food itself.

I admittedly was self conscious as I did for a lot of food for myself and my husband, I stated to the employee that it’s been a hard week as I was just in a crash car (I am 7 months pregnant). The employee was very empathetic, personable and endearing. I’m really grateful for it, as the interaction helped me to bear my consuming, but hidden grief.

For menu items I got my usual clubbin’ sandwich, paired with the cherry iced tea, and mac n’ chips. While my husband got the new addition of the holiday turkey, with bbq kettle chips and tomato soup.

This location has so much warmth and soul, in both the food and the atmosphere alike.
