Really fresh and well made sandwiches. The ingredients really complicated each other. I tried the cran and brie as well as the Cali sandwich. The ciabatta bread was warm, soft, and fresh. The best I've had. Service was great, and the sandwiches were made in under 10 minutes.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a cherry ice tea. The grilled cheese sandwich was delicious. The bread is not too hard to bite on, which is good. The cherry ice tea is also good. It may be too sweet to other people, but I personally find it not too sweet. Highly recommend this place!

Not only did this individual give the wrong sandwich WITHOUT CONTACTING US! they sent 1 wrong sandwich instead of 2 correct ones. How is someone that incompetent?

What a terrible experience and the experience resulted in me getting a refund of my sandwich and the sales associate wouldn’t provide her name wouldn’t provide the manager‘s name. She said this is all personal information. She also said she doesn’t care so I’m not sure if she may be is a child to the owner not too sure but all I do know is Chachi’s will not get my money anymore, and I will happily spend it somewhere else Terrible attitude, and she had eyelashes falling off in sandwiches .
So you should take off your eyelashes if they’re gonna fall off when you’re making a sandwich. 😆😂

In one of the busiest malls There was not one person standing in line, not one every other restaurant was filled with in lineups , not sure if the owner will read this not sure if they will care not too sure if that was your daughter or not but all I know is I won’t ever go to Chachi‘s again trust me your sandwiches are not that good for 15 bucks.
