Ordered the Cam and Brie Turkey sandwich for $16. You'd need a microscope to find the Turkey. There was way too much cranberry sauce (obviously, because its the cheapest ingredient) and very little of brie or turkey: no balance of sweet and salty/savoury. The Ciabatta was good. Overall, I'd say it was not a good sandwich and way to pricey for what you get.

I never tried their sandwich, but when I got to taste it.. it was wonderful, It’s made simple but tastier , the toasting is just right and rich in flavours. I’m not fond of veggies but it suits my taste.

Very quick service. I think less than 10 mins from paying, our order came out already.
The food was pretty big. I can eat a lot but it did satisfy my Brunch cravings. I guess if you’re a stronger eater than most, you’d order two.
Bread was moist enough. I was expecting it to be dry but it’s fine. Fillings were good too. I taste them, it was plenty. Some shops out there just taste like bread, this one doesn’t.
I’m a sucker for lemonades, and this one didn’t disappoint. It’s not too sweet.

I went here today with my friends and it took forever there’s was like only one person on staff and they were basically all over the place trying to get things done , only store I saw in wem white food court with only one staff member whoever is in charge needs to do better on scheduling staff.(good food just probably will choose a different food place next time)

I love this food branch! However , the service is just terrible .. So incredibly slow !!! The staffing arrangement looks extremely inefficient. Most days I go for my Sunday lunch, and there is usually There is only one person on staff working the register , prepping and cooking food , and serving all alone. Staff looks tired all the time which is to be expected when your running a store on your own , Not sure if the shop is just understaffed or is the manger and or owner is just not doing what needs to be done .

I am disappointed with chachis wem branch. my order took so long just for a sandwich and a drink maybe because due to less staff. Why dont they put more staff to make their service faster?
