I love the sandwiches from here so much! They are always fresh and filling and the Cherry Iced tea is amazing!! 4 stars because of the Mac & Cheese, the cheese sauce tastes more like a black pepper sauce - the amount of pepper in it is overboard! I have tried it a few different times to see if it was just a one time thing but it’s like that every time. The staff are 10/10

This is the worst chachis location ever. I try to come often but they’re so often closed when it says they’re open. Does the owner not realize if people keep showing up to it closed early they will simply stop trying altogether. Extremely frustrating since I do enjoy the sandwiches.

Really sad to see Chachis go downhill. Idk if it’s a cheap franchise owner or what. Went from 10-12 a sandwich with lots of topping and very filling. I’d usually have one sandwich as two meals. They updated their pricing so now it’s $16-$20 per sandwich but they’re also not as full anymore??? I understand inflation is happening but you can’t charge more AND offer less. Pick a lane.

My colleague and I decided to try their food for the first time so we ordered it... Sandwich tasted alright, but it is way overpriced for what you get IMO. Photo of my option (Pork w/ Mac Sandwich) was superb on both STD and their own website... But I was quite disappointed when I opened my box (I'll attach two photos: one of their product online and one of what I got). It was ok, but I'd not order it again... I was expecting a lot more for that pricetag.

Not worth the price at all. $15 for a sandwich that has two paper thin slices of meat in it? It's all bread. You can get a more filling sandwich at subway for less.

The staff was so nice, the place is really clean and the service was fast! Had the pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Great portions for the price. Really good service too.

I got the Spicy Italian and there was a long plastic/elastic STRING in my sandwhich. Definitely upset my stomach and I made myself puke because I’d already eaten most of the sandwhich. They definitely don’t pay attention to cleanliness :( would NOT recommend
