Fantastic Lunch! Sandwiches were really, really good! High quality ingredients, not skimpy, real food.

We ordered pick up and when we arrived, I commented about the great looking holiday sandwich (with turkey, stuffing & gravy). They overheard me and offered to change my order!

The house made drinks were good too - had the peach lemonade.

Wonderful service! It’s not often that you encounter someone who goes above and beyond like Ann does, and I wanted to express my appreciation for her excellent service. She’s a fantastic representative this store, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the great experience.

Incompetence at its finest. Couldn’t get a sandwich, a soup, a pickle and a canned soda in 40 mins. They said they are making it and made me wait for another 15 minutes while serving other customers. Liam who is the owner said i will be refunded and they are so sorry or whatever. Don’t be sorry serve your customers. I ended up waiting for an hour and left hungry. I got my refund minus the tip I paid for the meal I never got. Lesson learned never tip unless you know the establishment. Never again I will step foot in that place. Don’t go if you value your time.

Probably the best sandwich place I’ve been to, as a pilot I travel a lot and sandwiches are an easy way to get my fix fast for good food. Met the owner the other day, super friendly and love the atmosphere here. Honestly makes me feel good about food again :)

Stop at deville coffee next door and then pop over to chachis for lunch. :)

I haven't been to Chachi's in quite some time so when I came in, I was a bit stumped on what to get on the menu and I found myself torn between two options (turkey, can and brie vs. chicken bacon ranch). The service attendee (who later revealed himself to be the owner) did a fantastic job of describing each sandwich, giving a flavour profile and his own opinion, in order to help me reach a conclusion. Despite his best efforts I was still feeling super indecisive and he graciously offered that he can just make one of them for me to try and taste and if I didn't like it, he would happily make the other one. I ended up choosing the turkey, cran and brie initially. Unfortunately I found the cranberry sauce too sweet and overpowering for my liking, and he immediately made my second choice without hesitation which turned out to be amazing!Not only was the sandwich I ended up with delicious, I really want to highlight the level of service I received and felt like they went above and beyond to ensure I left happy with my order (which I definitely did!).I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back and try more items.
