First time here, one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Spicy Italian. Excellent quality and value for money. Highly recommend.

Cachi’s is hands-down one of the best sandwich spots in the city. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the bread has the perfect crunch, and every sandwich feels thoughtfully crafted rather than just thrown together. You can tell there’s pride and care in what they serve.

I worked with Liam recently to arrange catering for a corporate event. He was prompt to respond, able to provide great recommendations and, clear and professional in all his communications. Chachi’s was also able to accommodate a range of dietary restrictions. The food was great and everybody was very happy!

We went here today during lunch time with my collegue out of curiousity since it caught our attention coz the store was jam pack. The sandwiches tastely delicious. We ordered Hot Phili and Cali but will surely return for Sweet Caroline. The lady infront, Anna has a lovely smile and check-in us time to time and asked for feedback for improvement. Overall it's an amazing lunch.

Really impressed with the customer service here! The lady greeted me immediately, was so polite and professional, the confidence radiated from her! I got the sweet Caroline sandwich that has the pulled BBQ beef. I'd never pay 15$ for a sandwich but it looked sooo good in the picture, they made it exactly how the photo looks. Tasted amazing, very fresh and definitely filling 🤤. Nice clean store too in a great location.

We live quite close and consistently eat from this location. It is by far the best service and quality, great tasting sandwiches every single time. The owner chatted with us and we felt so well taken care of. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. It is SO worth it amidst the construction!!!

Run here immediately!! Truly a next level sandwich and the cookie was to die for! Came into town for the weekend. Wanted something quick and this place did not disappoint. Unfortunately the uber driver forgot my drink but the owner took the time to call and apologize which was not necessary but the kindest thing ever. Will ABSOLUTELY be back time and time again.

During multiple visits, I experienced unprofessional and unsafe behavior. The employee yelled at customers while handing out orders, not wearing basic safety hygience while handling food.

I love this Chachi’s location, the staff are all so friendly and attentive & they always treat me so well! I love coming here for lunch, they have great new menu items and it’s always delicious no matter what I get, plus quick for my lunch break!
