I dont go out my way giving out bad reviews, it was my first time here and my girl I ordered taro walling latte and banana matcha w boba... she tasted the taro drink tasted and smelled like it had rodent droppings, i didnt believe her until i tasted it too and almost yakked in the parking lot🤮and the banana matcha just flat out tasted like very cheap matcha with artificial banana flavoring and sugar.

Ocha Boba is hands down one of the best boba spots around! Every drink I’ve tried is super fresh and flavorful — not too sweet, just perfect. The brown sugar milk tea and mango jasmine are my go-tos, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
The shop has such a welcoming, friendly vibe, and Betty, the owner, makes the experience amazing. She’s always so kind and welcoming — you can tell she truly cares about her customers and her drinks.
If you love boba, this place is a must-visit!

Tried the specialty cheesecake (Biscoff). It was really cute. They serve it in a bucket with a shovel spoon. It tasted great too. Servus was quick, not friendly though, not rude either.

Rude staff. Brought my kids in for a bubble tea treat. The girl taking our order gave my 7 and 10 year old crap for calling them 'boba' stating 'everything is boba here - stop saying boba'. They then made 2 of our 3 drinks incorrectly due to lack of listening on their end (a blended drink vs a juice drink are two very different things). Customer service went down hill quick here, unfortunately. Don't work a customer service job if you don’t have the patience for it. Waste of our time and money. I guess we will be sticking to Boba Club, where they listen to their customers AND respect them.

I went to OCHA recently, and found it to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing boba places in Edmonton. The workers were extremely kind, and gave us a lot of suggestions for our order. The drinks were fairly priced $5-6.5, which is really rare, considering most boba places that are probably less quality are around $7-8. The boba was perfectly cooked and had a nice coating. A girl at the front who I presume is the owner, was one of the nicest person that I’ve ever met. They had cool merchandise too. I highly recommend going to OCHA as their boba is high quality and their service is excellent!
